BCM AUTO GLASS

My cat got broken into and I didn’t really know what to do. So I took it to the Toyota dealer and they said they would replace but it would be $400 just for labor not including the glass. I called another place and they said $309 and would have to order and be in 6 days. I checked another place and they said 1.5 weeks and $421. BCM was out within 4 hours and had the window replaced for $270. He was very efficient and friendly. I feel so much better and safer with my window. I can now forget it even happened! Thank you

Needed my window fixed . Called numerous place and they were charging OUTRAGEOUS CHARGES for a back window. Someone I knew referred me to BCM auto glass. I called him, he found me a window right away I set my appointment and he even traveled all the way to Kannapolis,NC even wen I assisted that I would drive the car to Charlotte to meet. Thanks Mike and your team for taking so much time and trouble to make sure you got me the correct rear window for my Toyota Tundra and for the excellent job you did to fit the replacement glass . There was not a single piece of glass anywhere to be found either inside or in my garage and it’s impossible to tell that the glass has been replaced . You provided a first class and professional service and very reasonable and fair cost for everything you did .
