I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am with the excellent service provided during my recent visit. I needed to have my windshield replaced (Acura RDX) and since we have a high deductible on our auto insurance, I was going to pay out-of-pocket for the replacement. I contacted 4 businesses (plus the auto dealership) in the Charlotte area and obtained quotes from each. By far, Mobile Pro Auto was the least expensive. I enjoyed being able to speak to a live person without having to navigate a series of telephone menu options. The office staff was very helpful, courteous, and friendly. The owner, Jamie, did a thorough job in replacing the windshield and recalibrating the safety systems. Because of the type of safety systems on my car, I did have to take my car to their shop for them to perform the recalibration, rather than use their mobile replacement service; however, I am thoroughly pleased because Jamie was able to detect an error code that the dealer could not find. The recalibration returned the safety systems to their correct operation and cleared out the error code. Overall, I highly recommend this local business. The entire staff takes pride in their work and it shows in their customer service. Hopefully, I don't need another windshield replacement for quite some time, but I will return if one is needed in the future. Thank you so very much!

I scheduled an appointment with these folks for diagnosis of a leaking windshield on my Range Rover Evoque. I was told I should come in for a water test to determine what the issue may be. I showed up for the test and before that even started was asked to come out to my vehicle where the gentleman showed me that my windshield had actually come unsealed for more than a foot of area. He said that he could remove and reseal the windshield however, there was a possible chance of the windshield cracking upon removal . He said that he would do his best to keep the original windshield intact, but did have a resource to get a new one if needed. At that point I was thinking this might just be a ploy to have me spend more money for a new windshield, but since I had to have it repaired When he asked if I wanted to proceed, I said yes. I was thinking, as I was waiting to be prepared to pay for the new windshield. Within an hour, the gentleman came out and told me that they had safely removed the windshield and would be resealing it. In under two hours, I was in and out for less than $300! Megan and the entire staff were very helpful and accommodating. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the entire process. I will definitely use them for any of my other vehicles and will recommend them to anyone I know or meet. Todd

This company was recommended by someone on a Toyota Land Cruiser forum. So, I went with them. The tech came out and did a great job. All seemed well, until it rained a day or two later. Keep in mind, I did not touch or drive the vehicle for a few days... at least 3 days. So no doors were opened or closed. Basically, I followed the tech's instructions. When I finally got in my vehicle I found water at the bottom passenger corner... not a lot, but still concerning. I reached out to them to report this. After a little back and forth, the same tech looked at it and knew what the issue was and fixed it. I did have to drive to their shop, since they had to do a water test, which they can't do at your house. They also replaced the windshield on my Suburban and repaired a tiny crack on my wife's Traverse. I absolutely recommend them.

My 2006 BMW’s front windshield glass was hit by a small object while driving on the highway. The crack kept creeping as I park outside and it was summer as well. I couldn’t remember the name of the company that replaced the front windshield glass years when my first brand new car in decades (it was a 2015). I contacted SafeLite, but felt that the price was a bit on the higher side. As I was searching, I remembered that this company was the one that replaced the new car’s glass. I sent a message and got an immediate call back.. They scheduled my glass replacement to be done pronto! The tech replaced the glass in my driveway in very little time. My neighbors knew that I got a new one as the glass tape was in place! I have zero complaints!

I'm not one for giving online reviews but thumbs up on customer service and workmanship. I used their service for a replacement windshield on September 29th, 2023 after shopping prices. I was on I77 a couple of months ago when a rock hit my windshield and started to spread. I went thru insurance on that claim. One month after that the same thing happened to me going to work on I485. This time I figured I would pay out of pocket. Thankfully I found Mobile Pro Auto Glass. To this date I had have no issues, leaks or problems with recalibration. They perform quality work. I recently had an excellent experience with Mobile Pro Auto Glass for a windshield replacement and static recalibration. They provided one of the most competitive quotes I received. The in-shop service was impressively fast; the entire replacement and recalibration were completed in just an hour and a half. A week later, everything is still perfect. I was also pleased to find that I can't tell any difference between their OEE (Original Equipment Equivalent) glass and the original factory windshield. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the high-quality work and great service.

Soon as I made the call for my windshield replacement I was greeted with a friendly knowledgeable woman(Shay) that assisted me with everything I needed. The price was great compared to MANY other places I had called for quotes. The time was good and the man that came out was AWESOME.He was quick to the point on time and definitely knew his work along with some advice on other things. Even my neighbors were impressed so I believe they'll be going through this company also. And my windshield is the exact replica of the window I had which made me a happy assured customer.

Emily is so friendly and professional. Answered all my questions satisfactorily. They especially knew that this old Toyota required OEM rivets for the windshield they replaced. I requested a wind and water test for an extra charge. Once they inspected the truck, they said the test was unnecessary and was certain the water leak was from the prior installed rivet (previous owner). I’ve been driving my 2000 Land Cruiser for a month now since the repair, no wind noise, cabin noise is actually improved, and most importantly no water leak inside.

Highly recommend Mobile Pro! My windshield needed to be replaced and Mobile Pro made the process so simple- they filed and took care of all the insurance. I had no out of pocket costs at all and didn’t have to do the leg work on the insurance side. Then when it was time to install, they helped me pick a date and came right to my house. They called when they were in their way so I could plan accordingly. It was so convenient! They were professional and very easy to work with. Very kind people all around. Highly recommend!!

Driving along on 485 in February and a little pebble bounced along and cracked my windshield. I shopped around, getting quotes from different places since I was paying for the repairs out of pocket. I chose this place because of the good reviews, they were less expensive than Safelite, and did not charge for their mobile service. The employee was friendly, called when he was on the way, and worked quickly & efficiently. Windshield was replaced in about an hour! Would definitely recommend them.
