I had already contacted three different glass companies and I even had an appointment scheduled with one of them. They failed to canceled the appointment or even notify me that they were not coming. I waited all day for them with no response to me text messages or voicemails. Then, I remembered that a great company (Carolina Collision) once helped me repair my car from a car accident, so I decided to contact them for a referral. Sure enough, they provided me with the referral to Cutting Edge Autoglass and they answered the phone immediately and not just that but they price match my previous quote and I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day!!!! The were courteous, and respectful throughout the whole process. They came to my residency and in less than an hour my car looked like new! I would 100% recommend them.

I had a tree branch fall and crack my car windshield. Vadim (Cutting Edge Auto Glass) came recommended to me from Waxhaw Collision. I gave him on a call on a Thursday, and we set up an appointment for the following Monday. He even worked with my car insurance company (State Farm) so all I had to pay was my $100 deductible. Vadim took care of the rest with State Farm. Great work. Prompt service and he texted to keep me informed as to his arrival time. Repair took about an hour. Vadim, Was quick to return my call and give a complete quote. I secured an appt. the following day. Had a leak in a '98 Silverado windshield. He was upfront saying about 50% of the time removing an old windshield would break so he ordered a new windshield just in case, no obligation. Of course a new unit would cost me a lot more. He was done in less than 2 hours, got the old (but good) windshield out unbroken, reinstalled and sealed it in. No more leak! Great job and highly recommended.

Vadim was fantastic to work with. Originally scheduled to work on my truck on Friday, he called me Wednesday evening as he had a cancellation for Thursday... He arrived right on time replacing the rear window in my truck fixing the leak that I have had for at least a year. On time, exact price quoted and very friendly service. Great company to work with, Vadim found the glass for my Kia rear door same day where others were upto 3 weeks out, his installer Sergai came out and took care of it same day, I took it to a car wash then the vacuums tore the weather stripping off my windshield his guy came back out and repaired it for no extra charge though it was unrelated to his work. 100% recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

He does high quality work. I had a hard to get windshield and he stayed on the case until he got it. He also used his body shop experience to fix some issues he wasn't expecting. And if that wasn't enough the price he charges is totally reasonable. Would recommend to everyone needing glass.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The communication is above reproach. The gentleman came and fixed the window perfectly and quickly! I was blown away. Compared to other ricing in the area, they are very comparable. They are amazingggggg and I would surely use them again!

Vadim is great. He was able to find and replace my 2022 Dodge Durango rear door window in 24 hours. Great customer service and reasonable priced. He went above and beyond my expectations. He will be the first I call if I need a window again.
