Excellent experience with Kelly at Caliber. Very good communication. Got here exactly when he said he would and fixed my windshield crack quickly so you can't tell where it was. Good guy doing good work for a quality company.

I gave 4 stars because everything would’ve been perfect except my car was not cleaned after. I dropped it off to get windshield replaced with the interior clean and picked it up with debris from the replacement on dashboard, front flooring, and front passenger seat. There were dirt marks from fingers on both interior (cloth) pillars that hold the windshield and the connecting area where windshield and roofing connects also had dirt marks. I didn’t have time to ask if they could briefly wipe/vacuum due to time of day and had to be somewhere after. I am the person who notice even little details that weren’t there before and hopefully this review will help this shop emphasize the importance of even small details matter. Overall, my windshield looks perfect again and tech had great communication skills!

My wife was driving our Hyundai Genesis on the expressway when a stone, that flew off the truck in front of her hit and cracked our windshield. I brought my vehicle to Caliber Auto Glass. From the beginning, the people at Caliber Auto Glass were very friendly and professional. They kept in touch with me throughout the process of replacing the windshield. It wasn't as straightforward as a normal windshield replacement because of sensors linked to the windshield. I am very thankful for Caliber Auto Glads and highly recommend them.

Couldn’t be better. Received texts informing me when to expect technician. He called to give me a one hour window to expect him and he arrived as he said he would. Once here he was a complete, polite professional. He even explained an element of why I needed to replace the glass I hadn’t considered, the heat wiring in the window. He replaced the windshield expertly and did a beautiful job. Once complete, he explained how to care for the installation.

My car got broken into twice. But I knew who to call, Caliber!! Their customer service is excellent. The technician Kelly was professional, communication is excellent, and his ETA was on point. It didn't take Kelly no more than an hour to repair my window. Once he completed the work, he vacuumed and left everything neat. Caliber will always be my first choice for my vehicle window. Caliber Glass installed a new windshield due to damage from some rocks. The customer service agents were attentive to scheduling an appointment. The company was quick in scheduling. The installer that came out was professional, courteous and competent. He did an excellent job, also cleaning the area where he was working. I was very pleased with the process from beginning to end. The communication and scheduling over the phone went very smoothly and they hooked me up with on site windshield replacement. The technician, Mike, was awesome! Communicated well, was on time, and had it replaced and looking like new in no time. Overall awesome to work with!
