My vehicle was scratched from the installation of a new windshield. When I pointed it out to Joe-the installer, he tried to play it of as it had been there. It hadn't I know for a fact because one of their other installers were inspecting my broken windshield and my false rain sensor two days prior discussing the type of windshield I needed. You have 30 days to report damage. I reported it the same day on their website... no response. I called, got hung up on.... I called again, manager never responded.... Called again, was told to text pictures which I did. Never heard anything. I called again, was told manager would return my call....still waiting. This has been going on since April 3rd. Never again will I use them.

Customer service from office and techs was friendly and accommodating, even after my initial replacement windshield required replacement due to small chip overlooked on initial install. Communication was not clear between office and vendors as the wrong glass ordered on two separate occasions; however, the redeeming quality and rating of this review was ultimately down to the professionalism, experience, and quality of work by Tim from the Spartanburg/Greenville area who was the tech who performed install. The technician, Alex, who came out to change my front windshield was very professional and did a great job. I asked his permission if I could observe him while he worked. I had never seen this type of repair done. More companies need employees like Alex who are courteous, hard working and appreciative of the opportunity. A company can nurture such character in their employees, but the individual employee remains responsible in assuming and practicing such traits of character.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Company will quote you and schedule an appointment a week+ out, but will not verify they can source the windshield for your car. They will then tell you there's nothing they can do after you've waited a week to get your windshield repaired and hang up on you. So if you plan on booking anything with them, book another company as well so you don't have to wait another week+ for someone else to replace your windshield.NegativeProfessionalism

Tech says he called but didn't think it was necessary to leave a voice-mail, never had a missed call. Called the office but was put on hold for over 15 minutes to speak with a manager, still never got to speak with a manager. Didn't get my windshield replaced by them and will definitely be choosing a different company to do it.

The Tech arrived exactly when he said, asked for the keys and went to work. He worked steadily, and was very diligent about making sure the old windshield was removed, the opening prepped correctly and the new windshield put in perfectly. I would happily use them again, although I hope I do not have to.

Santos was wonderful and professional as well as quick and efficient. He did a great job and I would definitely have him do glass replacement for me in the future if need be. And I would definitely recommend him to anybody.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism

Had a windshield replacement scheduled for today. Have not heard from them, today is over and so are they. Based on my experience with them I have to recommend that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY,
