I would never ever go here again. I went in here about a broken driver side mirror. They said they could order the mirror for me and if I wanted them to install it would be about $150 I think I recall him saying. I paid them $54 dollars for the mirror and when I called them up and said I won't need installation just the mirror they hit me with " oh if u want the mirror you're going to have to pay an extra $20 ". Mind you I'd already paid for the mirror so they wanted to charge me an extra $20 because I decided to not install it with them. I didn't even pick up the mirror after that I was in awe at how they tried it. They kept the mirror and my money .

Safelite has NOTHING on this company. I have gave Safelite 5x to repair my windshield driving across LI and last was queens to still not be installed correctly. Auto Glass has the best brands, clean work, and very nice staff. ! Professional and very welcoming. I did not feel out of place and felt the service was impeccable. I worked with Joe, and wow he was very welcoming, suggested parts to me what i need brands! I don't know the gentleman's name but he was respectful and understanding of my situation, I had 2 prior appointments, one in which my car broke down and he understood my circumstances, I explained my problems to him and he rescheduled my appointment... I showed up at that specified date and he did an amazing job, thanks so much guys, and I apologize for the wait I had you guys waiting. You're such great people!!! Highly recommend for anyone on the fence about getting their windows fixed! From All Hours Energy.

I went in thinking that I'll have to make an appointment to get a small chip on my windshield fix, but for my surprise they took care of it in like 30 mins. There were some state trooper cars being fix too if even the police trust these guys why wouldn't I!!!! Is warranty is amazing too. I can't believe I was gonna call safelite which they charge $150.... It pays to go to local shops. I definitely recommend this place.

Exceptional customer service, and windshield replacement. I called today to see if they could fit me in their schedule for a windshield replacement and was told to come in by 230 pm. I was blown away with their professional customer service and windshield replacement ! (Can't understand how anyone would give them less then 5 stars?) My sincere thanks to Lisa and her entire staff ! great crew !!

iffy on finding a place to get your window repaired? well that was my dilemma, Toyota was charging me a arm and two legs for a window replacement. was on the web looking for a spot, and came across this family owned business. They did amazing, I put the deposit down, they called me, and literally finished my window in two hours. I would recommend 100%. Very friendly as well.

This place is amazing,it was quick service for door glass installation.I had an appointment at 8 am and I was out before 9 am.price is reasonable and compared to other places they are very good and honest.customer service is top notch. I definitely recommend anyone who’s looking to get their car glasses fixed,tinted or just simple job to go try them out.

Please save your $$$ and go somewhere else this is NOT “Auto Glass”- how can you change someone $30 for a piece of glass that’s not cut to the correct size and is HAZARDOUS, it amplifies the view of all vehicles/objects which can cause an accident!! I’m reporting this to the better business bureau.

Called them to try and make an appointment and was able to come 3 hours later, on a Saturday at that. Great service, friendly staff, and my windshield was way less than what Safelite was trying to charge. Everything was done within an hour! I would give more stars if I could. They're really great!

I had the best experience here went through a night with safelight tell me to go locate a piece of glass from a junkyard I came here this gentleman Mark help me me how to go locate a piece of glass from a junkyard I can't hear this gentleman Mark helped me and I totally recommend this place
