Very happy I called Kabba to have my windshield replaced. Not only did Kabba pick up after 4pm on a summer Friday, he advised me of the process (to get the bubble filled- which they don’t do) and how much it would possibly cost me to replace the windshield with original dealer parts since my insurance company was making me pay partially (it’s a leased car which requires dealer windshield). I waited a few days and I decided to call back the insurance company and speak to a supervisor, the claim would now be fully covered for original parts. I connected with Kabba immediately as I wanted his company to do the work, he was completely transparent and willing to go above and beyond just to explain the process unlike many other places. This is a great company that cares for its customers whether they have retained you or not. Safelite has NOTHING on this company. I have gave Safelite 5x to repair my windshield driving across LI and last was queens to still not be installed correctly.
