Very happy I called Kabba to have my windshield replaced. Not only did Kabba pick up after 4pm on a summer Friday, he advised me of the process (to get the bubble filled- which they don’t do) and how much it would possibly cost me to replace the windshield with original dealer parts since my insurance company was making me pay partially (it’s a leased car which requires dealer windshield). I waited a few days and I decided to call back the insurance company and speak to a supervisor, the claim would now be fully covered for original parts. I connected with Kabba immediately as I wanted his company to do the work, he was completely transparent and willing to go above and beyond just to explain the process unlike many other places. My side window was smashed during a really bad storm, the evening before I was leaving for a trip. I called several places and got only a "we're closing call back" or "we're busy due to the storm". Despite the fact that I submitted my request on the website five minutes before closing, I got an immediate call back. He was very polite, gave me a quote and said that he had to check with the warehouse to make sure the glass was in stock but he'd try to fit me in the next day. In the morning he followed up, re-confirmed all the details and squeezed me into his busy schedule. The service was fast and very professional including taking the necessary COVID precautions. TERRIBLE INSTALLATION!!! The installer left globs of glue along the corners of the windshield on the inside, and i mean golf ball sized globs. He also left used glue brushes, old scraps of glue from previous windshield around my truck in front of the house and my driveway. Then the installer figured he would write on the reciept he left me that they won't warrantee the glass. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY USING THIS GARBAGE COMPANY AND THEIR WORTHLESS INSTALLERS!! I would've paid twice as much for a decent job. I can't express how disappointed and aggravated I am with this place. There are tons of other glass places DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ONE CENT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

I had such a positive experience with this company. The representative was incredibly helpful and friendly. It was such a blessing being able to find Mobile Auto Glass of Hempstead. I saved upwards of $60+ compared to other glass companies and the whole windshield replacement took less than a half an hour. They even came to meet me on public street parking as I am just passing through the area. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in the area looking for glass replacement.

They give a fake price and add on charges. On glass net the price was 206 when the bill can it turned out to be 250 with out tax. i called before and ask is that the price that i will have to pay at the end and they said the price on the website is the price you will pay. Made an appointment for Thursday 8-12pm ; even after a confirmation phone call regarding to my appointment, they call me the day of to tell me it’s for Friday. I had called out of work to be here. I am debating with myself whether they deserve 4 or 5 stars. Maybe somewhere in between. Although I did not get the answer I wanted(which I learned was unrealistic), I got the information I needed. An answer to the question of what I should do. He told me an 'Auto Parts' store was probably the cheapest route for me to take to get my problem solved. Thank you for the honesty.

Same - day service despite a considerable distance between my house and the warehouse. I quoted with a few different places, this was by far the most affordable and less than half of what a popular mobile auto glass company quoted. No hidden fees or charges.
