I am disappointed with the lack of information provided to a customer. I was quoted a good price for a front windshield. I provided them accurate information unlike them. After I provided them a deposit to begin the job. I was informed it may cost me nearly twice the amount if it needs to be calibrated. He said there is a 2 percent chance that it may fail. Why was this information not provided to me before I gave my deposit? If it was such a low percentage they should have offered to pay for the calibration if needed. I told them they should have provided me the full cost as I requested from the beginning. They returned my money and apologized. Unfortunately I wasted my gas, tolls, and time. --------- This is a response to your free service comment. We agreed to a $420 window replacement based with a phone conversation. The calibration service was never mentioned. The calibration service was mentioned at the moment you were about to start the job. The cost for the calibration an additional $350. I asked, Why was this information was not provided before? Your Employee response, "We don't provide this information before because we will not get business. It is very rare for the car to fail . It is a 2 percent chance but I have to tell you?"Based on how you conduct your business I did not trust your establishment and I decided to take my business elsewhere. I NEVER ASKED FOR A FREE SERVICE. This is to inform other prospective customers to be aware of how your excuses are endless and your effort to redeem yourself by trying to portray that your potential customers are looking for a "free service" I hope people understand your shady, dishonest tactics.

I went to have my windshield replaced and all I got was disrespect and they continue to lie and make up excuses for a few hours I was their from 2:40pm until 5:30 Based on how you conduct your business I did not trust your establishment and I decided to take my business elsewhere. I could sit there any longer and continue to be disrespected and lied to then told to find another place if I don’t like the favor they are doing for me. What’s confusing to me is what favor if I’m a paying customer who’s giving you money for a service that should of been provided I never ask for a discount I asked for a service you gave me a price and I said ok I waited then to sit their to waist my time witch I could of went somewhere else who would have been grateful for a respectable customer like me but it’s ok because I found another place who was grateful for another customer.

I am amazed by the glowing reviews of this place, I'm sorry I don't feel the same way! My experience started July 1st when I called and spoke to Noel, I told him that my windshield is cracked and would need a replacement and would need to recalibrate the ASDS. I brought my car in, they replaced the windshield and signed my receipt. The following day the windshield they had replaced was cracked. Went there this morning, Thursday July 3rd, and spoke to Alex and he said they don't have the windshield in stock and will have to reorder it for this Monday, July 7th. I spoke to Noel to discuss the situation and confirmed that the windshield will be ordered for Monday, unbeknownst to me the ASDS wasn't included in the price when we spoke! Noel quoted me $350(with recalibration) I thought he would give me a better rate due to a defective windshield. It's a miscommunication on both parties. I have no choice but to return there this Monday! And why I gave it 2 ⭐️⭐️ if anything changes between now and then I will come back and change my review, we'll shall see!

Bunch of scammers went here a few months ago to he tmy glass replaced awesome the service made me come back however the service today nope 5 hours wated over 200 bucks wasted and trying to make me pay another 125 for another diagnostic to look into the matter further scam and money wasted that I had to save up for took about a little over a month never again. Comes back every hour to 2 hours to help me there's something different than needs to be done electrical issue then this then that instead of doing one diagnostics for everything and tell me everything at one time Edit review update 09/18/24 Was contacted by the owner of the mechanic shop he constitanly apologize on everything that happens and told me to bring my car in to make it right. Took my car and the repairs were done with my air conditioning system and also told me additional information that is good to have as knowledge I am now changing this to a five-star review from a one store and he was very apologetic about all the situations that had happened

The WORKERS at Master Auto Glass is very PROFESSIONAL. I had my vehicle window broken a few weeks ago and decided to come here. They were on a first come first serve system. They accepted my insurance and my insurance accepted them. I was having issues with my insurance sending the invoice number because of they're system glitch. I had the invoice number from my insurance but because of the glitch Master Auto Glass didn't receive there's. The worker was so PROFESSIONAL and ON POINT, he approved the invoice by looking at my email my insurance sent me even when they didn't receive there's. He told me to put my information on a sheet of paper and sign as proof of acceptance which made my day. THIS PLACE IS TOP NOTCH PROFESSIONAL. I DIDN'T KNOW THEY DO OTHER VEHICLE RELATED WORK. MY VEHICLE NEEDS SOME WORK DONE AND THEY WILL HAVE A CUSTOMER IN ME COMING TO THEM ASAP.

Very disappointed in this company the owner himself was very rude and disrespectful and after waiting two hours. I ask to speak to The owner to see what’s going on. He came out his face and then told me that his delivery truck broke down in Jersey. After all the lies I see the owner son which leaves and I find out that he’s going to pick up the windshield now after two hours later. Then told me that they we doing me a favor and That’s the problem is the windshield which he’s trying to fix. and that if I don’t like it, I can find somewhere else to go so I decide to take my car somewhere else. Definitely don’t recommend anyone to go here. Very unprofessional

By far the best auto repair shop I ever found!!! Taking my car to a mechanic was really frustrating because most of them acted like i just bother them as a woman don’t know anything about cars! The very first moment that I walked in to this shop I felt welcomed they are extremely professionals. they took their time to listened the problem and concerns about my car. After they repaired my SUV they even showed me the replaced parts and explained how each part works! Of curse it’s long waiting but definitely well worth it I even waited with my 3yrs old son who had fun there at their comfortable waiting area. THEY ARE THE BEST!

I have been coming here since 2010 .when master class auto was a small place . The owner Noe and the mechanic s here are skilled ,they do not over charge and most important they are honest . As a woman I like that they take the time to show you IF any work needs to be done and IF Not they will tell you that as well. Family owned business . Honest , skilled mechanics. MASTER AUTO REPAIR kept my Chrysler pacifica moving driving over 265.000 miles . Now I go with my newer vechicle and will continue . I’m writing this review because I feel the need to. These people were professionals from the moment I called. I asked for a price (smashed passenger rear window) and couldn’t believe how reasonable and afford it was especially since my insurance wanted to charge me 3x more. I took the car over and waited patiently. They did a great job. (Can’t go in there and putting pressure on them to rush) I am completely satisfied. These people frame on the door was damaged n by the fools that broken into my car so I know there wasn’t much I they can do to fix but I was extremely happy with my window. Thanks.

I wish I can give less than 1 start to this place. They don’t respect the people, not professionalism or even decency. I work for a major company in their type of business so for this reason I went there asking to talk with the manager, so a guy name Alex start giving attitude. People need to avoid this places, can you imagine how rude they can be with the customer? They rude with people who make them make money. I can give you many places in Bronx 10 times better and cheaper. Believe me, I’m one of their parts suppliers.
