Axel and his team helped to fix my front passenger side window that would not go up or down on my 2019 corolla. All I heard was clicking sounds when I pressed the power window button but the window itself was stuck and not moving which forced me to tape it up closed for only one night. I say only one night because Axel and his team were able to help me the same day I called. Axel was able to see me in under an hour from contacting him, and they were able to diagnose the problem for a great price. He also was able to completely close the window shut so I did not have to worry about taping it to prevent rain from seeping in. I ordered the part I needed to fix the problem and met with Axel and his team a second time to completely fix the problem. They were able to replace the broken piece and repair it all in under 10 minutes for a good price. My window now rolls up and down with no problems at all. Axel and his team are super responsive, friendly and professional. Communication with him is great! If you want the job done right, quickly and at a great price, just text or call Axel and he will be able to see you asap. My first time ever writing a review lol …. LONG STORY SHORT , THEY ARE THE BEST …. This morning at 8am I went to my car and the window was broken (I don’t keep nothing in my car smh) , I texted him right away and he came within a hour ! Brand new window also , not a used one …. What makes it even better , his prices are the best oh and let me not forget HE COMES TO YOU IF YOU DONT WANT TO TRAVEL TO HIM , for a very affordable fee …. And this the second time I’ve used him lol so it’s only right I write a review , you guys are the best and do GREAT BUSINESS , I appreciate you guys so much !!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!!

Had a smashed back windshield and it’s Memorial Day weekend. In a search, safelite comes up for this sort of thing—they gave me a quote but couldn’t fix it until Tuesday morning (it was Saturday). I got quotes from a few other local places but these guys beat the safelite price and everyone else. Plus, most important, they were able to replace the windshield immediately. When I got there they were so nice and Axel had three people working on the car right away. I was out of there in under an hour. Strongly recommend calling Mata’s!

i called Mata's auto glass this afternoon to have my rear side passenger window replaced. I came out to my car and the whole window was shattered. I was so pleased on how professional and reasonable this company was! They came out to westchester , to my home and replaced my window . They arrived on time and the window was replaced within 45 minutes!! I highly recommend this company! Mata Answered the phone for me at 5 am. Told me they would be able to fix my passenger mirror and the window by 7:30 am. At 7:31 am he was calling me ready to work. Very punctual. They took the time to get as much glass up as they could,while Working on my car extremely fast and efficiently for a cheap price. They were so nice, the kindness,price, the hour of operation. Im extremely appreciative and grateful. Times are rough and they made my day a lot easier. Thank you!!! I'm so grateful.

After messaging us back fast the night before, they were able to assess the issue and get to us the very next morning. Our back right side passenger window in our Infiniti QX80 2014 had been stuck here and there for months and finally stayed completely stuck all the way down into the door. They fixed the problem with the glass pretty quickly too and it finally works great thanks to them! So grateful I found them and they also make it easier by coming to you. Affordable too!

Axel and his team communicate very well. They also care about you and your car. They acquired a piece of glass unfortunately had a scratch in it, instead of trying to install that one they asked me if I wanted one without a scratch. As I was willing to wait I did. The day of the installation I was made aware of when they would arrive and they exceeded my expectations. They protect your car and do a good job cleaning up. Would highly recommend.
