Beware of this place...i took my car into this shop because of a noise i was hearing. ONE NOISE. When they fixed that..something else went wrong, so they say, fix that, then something else..fixed that. I ended up having to go back there about 5 times. My vehicle started making a noise that it wasn't even making, after they fixed it. When i told them about it. They act like that they couldn't hear what i was talking about. I stressed to them that my car was not making this sound and after spending 1500 dollars i really shouldn't have any issues. I took the car to 2 different mechanics that let me know this noise was a direct result of what they had done. Everytime i cut my wheel, it sounds like something will fall out. I am filing a claim in civil court because i went back and they don't want to take responsibility. DO NOT GO HERE. I THINK THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I AM A FEMALE AND DON'T KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT CARS!

Went to get mirror fixed when I disagreed on price asked if there was a warranty. First employee said he give a week but owner said no. When I just gave in for them to do it. They told me they weren’t going to help me and to go down the street to another place. As I sat there looking for one on my phone I had someone else call while I was there and then all of a sudden they didn’t have the glue to do it. After I called prior to that before I drove over 30 min. How you going to quote me a price while I’m there if you didn’t have the product to assist me. They are total liars. I went to the next place a couple blocks away which the service was way better. So they rather leave a woman stranded then making their money. The lowest I could give them is 1 Star unfortunately because they would have gotten negative zero stars.NegativeProfessionalism

My car got broken into. The small one that don't move. The first quote I got was $265 and they had to order the mirror. Second guy told me $90 and also they had to order the part. I when with them. The next day I got to the body shop they didn't have the mirror. He told me to come back tomorrow(absolutely not). I when to google and J D Auto Glass came up I called them and the person that I spoke to was speaking my language. He knew exactly what mirror I needed fix, they had it in stock and only $60 to replace it. I asked if I could come right now he said sure. Got there in 10 minutes. It took the guy less than 5 minutes to fix it. I was/still am very pleased.

JD Auto Glass is where you need to go for professional auto glass repair. I have been looking for a windshield for my 2005 Ford C.V. P.I. to no avail. I was about to go to Safelite and pay $350 plus tax until I listened to my mechanic and started to call and look in Jerome Avenue. Everyone was just as high as Safelite until I reached JD. Their price was much lower, the quality of the windshield was superb, brand new conditions and installation was professional and quick. Bad customer service. I took my car and told them that My car would not start. I had paid for two parts that I wanted them to change and they told me to not buy anything yet after I had my car towed to them, they made me purchase the same two parts from their local auto parts store then all they did was push my car to my job. Never again will I take or recommend anybody to them. From the moment they knew they did not have space for any vehicle, they should of told me over the phone. I would of gladly understood and respected that. Now I have my car somewhere else where they are taking care of my car the right way. Money and time wasted with them.

Tried to do business with these guy. Called cause I needed my rear window replaced. Manuel gave me the price over the phone, I made sure to get his name due to me taking 30mins to get there from Dryer Ave & 9th Ave Manhattan. Once I get there 10mins earlier than informed them, I get told no one that works there is named Manuel. I called the number and their business phone number rung, so I had the right place.. Told me to come back tomorrow. Waste of time. Don't take their word. Doesn't mean anything.

Worst place to get your brakes changed they do not know how to install brakes and when you tell them they need to replace other parts of the brakes they ignore you by saying you dont need that part,they just want your money don’t take it to this place if you changing brakes and when they brake something from your car they do not want to take responsibility.NegativeValueServicesBrakes

They did a good job vacuuming the glass out but they didn't get the window working like it was before the glass was broken. I strongly suspect they didn't reconnect the motor because wanted to sell me a new regulator (motor) for $150 more. They just walked off when they were finished like someone that got away with something. They didn't even put all of the screws back.

Went there to fix the slide door on my Toyota minivan. They were so welcoming. They were all smiling. It was a 2 hour wait and they offered me a chair out of the sun. The guy who worked on the van was very professional. They spoke little English but I could get by. 4 star because of the 30 day warranty. But he said come back if anything so. "Buen trabajo chicos".
