Fitzroy & Son Auto Glass

Fitzroy and Son did an EXCELLENT job replacing my windshield and the gasket rubber sealant around it. Wonderful experience and great price. Fitzroy prepared a bill which I can submit to USAA. Safelite COULD NOT replace my windshield because that area was rusty and they would not be able to attach the new windshield. Needed to go to an auto body shop first. I highly recommend Fitzroy & Son for windshield replacements.

I called in to get a quote, and the ms. Lovely mia called me back within 5 minutes for the quote and to see if they had the rear side triangular shaped window replacement that i needed. When I came in the next day, I came a bit earlier than expected, Mia called to see where the shipment was. She told me 20 to 30 minutes and it came within that time frame. Then Fitzroy fixed it up for me, and did a great job. He even looked into my horn problem for no extra charge and I am so grateful for that. I love supporting local businesses. They're friendly, honest, and definitely value quality. Will go back to them in the future. Thank you guys !

I friggin love this place. From the moment i walked in an saw the Bob Marley memorabilia i knew i was in the right place for my windshield moldings repair. In 5 minutes after leaving the shop they called me to give me a price quote. A day later they called and said they had the parts. The following morning i brought in my car and it was ready in a little over an hour. Michael (the owner) is a true and honest business man and my hats off to him and his company for the wonderful service I received. P.S. I can’t wait to come back to try his Jerk Chicken which he personally makes !!!

The WORST JOB EVER. NOT THE PEOPLE. Every job reveals a secret eventually. Sadly I cannot rate lower than ONE STAR. This was an AUTHORIZED INSURANCE REPAIRER. Another glass repairer just uncovered why my NEW windshield was leaking from day one and in multiple places. This repairer NEVER THOROUGHLY REMOVED OLD SEALANT and just slapped NEW silicone on top of old. They also left strips of old silicone everywhere, and blamed a leaky sunroof instead. Great people, for similar pricing to big chain companies, I much prefer supporting local black owned businesses. Amazing customer services, super fast service, I got my front windshield replaced. I when to get my auto sunroof water seal replace after review by Sr. I was told it was just find. Only because I had water leak in my car right front passenger floor water was getting in the car . I like the Honesty gave me so weather I did or not get my car fix. I will be a Customer if needed in the Future. 😎😏PositiveValue

I had initially spoken to someone to fix my sunroof . when I got there, the person I spoke to was not there. They said he would be there in a few minutes. I waited over a half hour, and nobody came out to talk to me, so I Ieft. They seemed uninterested in acknowledging me.
