10 stars! What Safelite was going to charge my uncle $820 for, Diffo did for $425! Service was fast, professional and top tier. The only negative is they don't have a cat on site to demand treats & judge you about why your window is busted out. Go for all your auto glass needs!

Work fast only thing overpriced than most places I paid the same price for a passenger side window there that I paid for a new front windshield I would suggest go to hunts point area before here place I go to was closed on new year's Eve so had no choice but to come here.

Great and very fast service I went in for a 2011 Toyota Camry windshield replacement and got out of there in just an hour. Great staff and quality highly recommended if your near the bronx. I paid $ 130 dollars for a replacement windshield...

I was over charged after being lured with having a window to replace the one that was Shattered. After removing the broken glass, I was informed that the replacement had to be ordered. The worker that did install the new window was awsome! He was quick, knowledgeable and did his work with a smile. The other fast talking overaged flirt that overcharged is the one to watch out for!

Great place ! Inexpensive went to get my glass mirror replaced because it was stolen off my car smh!!! I googled this place I went and they had me there no less than 10 mins. Of course they had to find if they had the right one. But I’m glad it’s fixed they saved me forreal !!!!

Avoid for certain things especially if you’re a woman because these men will definitely try to play in your face. I had to change my driver side mirror. First I was approached by a man that was clearly intoxicated. He just snatched my mirror off without giving me a price so that when he gives me the $80 price I will just go ahead with what he’s charging. Fine I said cool. So I waited less than 10 mins for them to glue this illusion ass Dollar tree mirror on my car. People are just so foul. Thankfully I talked him down to $40 which he seemed very irritated about. It’s cool to be a temporary fix but I definitely need another mirror very soon. SMH

I brought my precious Mercedes-benz to Diffo Auto Glass after my front/right passenger window was shattered. the service was impeccable and the job was done so clean and unnoticeable, I think the that if I went to Mercedes to repair instead, the only thing that would be different is that Mercedes would’ve charged me hundreds $ more, so at Diffo you get, dealership service/quality for a quarter of the price. An incident that happened to my boyfriend'scar , someone threw a glass bottle to his rear view window and he needed fo repair it quickly. I looked online for him and I came across their web site and online states they are open until 8:30p.m and thank God he found out they are open 24/7. The price is very reasonable and they service is awesome. Very attentive to his needs . Most definitely placing their number on speed dial for any future services. Thank you for servicing his needs.

Called for a windshield. Was told to come in right away as they had it in stock so I could wait. Drove in from 25 miles away to be told that they needed to order it once I got there. Said it would be about 40 minutes. Sat & waited. After an hour or so they come over & tell me the delivery truck broke down & now they can't do it. Basically wasted 4 hours of my weekend for nothing. I called them to get a price for my vehicle glass after my car was broken into and the lady transferred me to the guy that does the glass windows. He charged a lot of money compared to the other glass place. When I mentioned that the other place I called was cheaper. He was nasty and said well go to the other place. So you just overcharge people and when they mention it. You get mad. This is not a good place to take your car for anything.
