I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants quality work done by a trust worth and honest company. I called them over the weekend to get my cracked windshield replaced and a man and woman showed up to perform the windshield replacement. The woman damaged the dashboard of my car and kept denying that she did it. The funny thing is I was at work so I asked my father to watch over them for me and they didn’t even mention doing that to my dashboard, they collected their money and left. I tried calling the owner of the store to rectify this issue because I also noticed they wind was leaking into my car when I was driving on the highway. The store owner sent the same people over to my house today without a time. I was at work again and the guy asked where I was and after explaining to him why I wasn’t home he told me he was going to another job site and said he would call me when he was done with his job for me to know when to head home. Second time today he just showed up at my house and demanded I be there in 15 minutes or he would leave. After rushing home from work I met up with him and he asked me “Papai what’s the problem”. I explained to him that my car that they damaged my dashboard interior when replacing the windshield and there was air leaks in the windshield. Him and the woman stepped out of the car and immediately started denying it happened and that it was like that……I’ve owned this car for over 10 years and kept in prestige condition. Even if I wanted too why would I damage just that part of dashboard? Both the man and woman got into their car and just left. They didn’t even take care of the leak. Honestly if they had just said to me hey yeah we did that I’m sorry about that…. I would have been fine with it. But they damaged my personal properly and wouldn’t even claim responsibility for that. I have a camera installed in my home and even have a video of the woman’s tool scratching my dashboard and they will deny it….Once again,I would not recommend this company that wants quality work done by honest people. I called the manager to tell him about what happened and he told me that he would call me back after the drivers came back, but as expected he doesn’t care enough too. Now my dashboard has a huge eye sore, thanks Bronx’s Auto…..

Great place to get auto glass replaced on your vehicle. Place looks a little run down but they get the job done and correctly. Staff is friendly and takes care of you quick, must be from a lack of c customers. Since they are not big and fill of displays and people pushing customers in, they don't get too busy which is beneficial for you. Get in and get out quick. The job is done real good, they have all supplies needed and they'll have the glass you need as their inventory seems to be endless. Price is good. I changed a whole front windshield for $150. They take cash, they take credit cards. Credit cards are subject to taxes. Other than that. Glass was done, no problems and since I'm a returning customer, the previous glass I installed 1 year ago is still great. Also, might be important or not but they can actually remove decals on the windshield and place them back without damage. Just in case.

Called many Auto Glass repair shops to get a new windshield for my old Caddy, no one had it in stock. I called Bronx Auto Glass and spoke with May and he said he can order it for me and have it in 2 days. Somehow it ended up taking 2 additional days but the glass finally came in. I drove up, they took off the old windshield, cleaned everything up nicely, put the inspection and registration stickers back on along with the rear view mirror and it looked super good. The installer was nice, professional and did a superb job. Paid for everything and was on my way. Absolute pleasant experience. Took all of 40 minutes from beginning till end to complete the transaction. They changed my glass on Saturday may 9th 2020 and today is may 11th 2020 Monday and im driving from work and my rear view mirror just fell off. Called them and they said they would replace it and then go to the place and the story was changed they said there not responsible for it its not there fault and now i gotta pay for a new glass because it took a pice out of it.. bad business i will never go back there or send anyone there... they lucky i didn’t mess up the place to how mad i got when the manager said it looks like someone was hanging off it or trying to hold on to it i look at him like man dose it look like i have monkeys in my car.. im beyond mad right now they so dam lucky i have my kids to live for....NegativeQuality

I replaced my window to my mercedes benz , waited 2 weeks for my window owner kept giving me the run around on when my window comes in .. They had trouble installing my window installed it wrong and left my door panel not connected properly I was casually driving when my window shadderd called back and they blaimed it on me and said they couldnt do nothing about it Very unprofessional thank god I had my window replaced later by Master auto glass they installed my window correctly and havent had a Issue ! Bronx Glass and Lights Corp is an amazing business. The service is extremely fast and efficient. The work is professionally done. We have a 05 Honda CR-V EX windshield replacement done. What we were totally amazed by was the fact that they were able to extract the vehicle inspection and vehicle registration stickers so efficiently and attach them onto the OEM replacement windshield. The next thing that blew our minds was the extremely fair service pricing. They even had some recovered outdoor seating available. If you are looking for any sort of vehicle Glass or Lights repair or replacement work done, this is a business that you should definitely consider. 😉

Unfortunately my car got broken into by some broke people without a job. I searched everywhere to get my window replaced and had a hard time finding a place that had it in stock. Originally they said they had to order it but when I went in to pay the deposit they had the window! I was so stressed out before showing up and when they told me they was able to do it right away instead of me waiting that made my day! I strongly Recommend anyone who is looking to repair their car window to get the job done at Bronx auto glass & lights!

Gave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. I made an appointment and they assured me they would be there. They told me they could come to my address no problem. I took off of work and waited until 2:30 pm to call only for them to tell me that they messed up and now they can’t come to my location. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. The price was good but if you have a business to run don’t use them they will make you loose money. You get what you pay for....in this case it’s horrible service. Do not use them.

While not having the best looking facade or store front, it's easy to find and recognize because of being located on the corner of Hunts Point ave and Garrison ave, just on entering the Hunts Point area. A few of the workers can seem a bit aggressive, especially trying to garner business from drivers seeking glass/mirror repair or replacement, but they're harmlessness, helpful and have detailed knowledge of auto glass, parts . I've been using them since 2010. I recommend them highly!

Absolutely disgusting job! They left a huge Gap in my windshield trim which is what keeps the water out of the sides of it and tried to glue it back down. They also ripped the rubber on the bottom of the windshield and just left it there literally ripped off!
