Rock Solid Windshield Repair

So I was outside of US EAGLE the bank next door. I noticed the shop said windshield repair here, so i walked over to ask if they were still opened. An employee who appears on one of the pictures on Google (i looked them up AFTER i spoke to him) who i believe might be one of the shop owners was super rude and answered “nope” so i asked once more so you are closed he replied “yup like 30 minutes ago” i found his response to the question i had to be very rude and short so i decided to not even proceed and ask him for an estimate on the service i wanted. I do agree with one of the comments i read on these reviews, that customer service IS NOT THERE. I understand that i went after hours but if he would’ve taken one minute to acknowledge a potential customer and answered with a more patient and happy attitude this review would have been positive and i would encourage others to stop by. But because of his poor customer service and lack of patience i encourage you not to. The owners of this business need to understand that people like me take time to write these reviews so others can know how great or how bad a place is. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT FOR A BUSINESS EVEN AFTER HOURS.

I had got a chip on my windshield while driving on the highway and wasn’t sure where to go to get it repaired. I found this place online and thought I’d give it a try. I drove up & the gentleman that helped me was very professional, nice & took care of the problem quickly. I hope I don’t have to go back again, but if I do this will definitely be the place I’d return to. So if your looking for a place to fix your windshield this is the place!! Got a star chip on the interstate in my new SUV windshield. Called Progressive and my Comprehension coverage has a $500 deductible. I was sure I would have to pay for chip repair. Nice gentleman said, “Let’s call them anyway. Sometimes they will cover repairs.” We did. I was surprised that he was right! Had to pay nothing out of pocket for repair!!! It was repaired by the time I got off the phone with Progressive! Highly recommend Rock Solid Windshield Repair- across the street from Trader Joe’s in Santa Fe.

After trying to get my rock chip repaired in my windshield, Safelite told me I had to file claim with my insurance and the insurance would schedule for a few days out. Speedy glass is closed since it's Saturday. Rock Solid started repairing the chip immediatel, then he called my insurance and did the claim with me on speaker phone. By the time we hung up, the repair was completed! Amazing customer service and quick windshield repair! Highly recommend!!

I was a bit weary about using this place because of current reviews, but I am sure glad I did. It was Saturday and the shop was quite busy. The tech on site came up to my car and looked at the crack and quoted the job. Also stated all the variables about a cracked windshield repair. After all at this point it's broken glass. I definitely would choose to spend my money here again. Thank you for your great service, even if my windshield cracks again.

I had a tiny windshield crack repair made a week ago at this location. The guy who did the repair told me that the crack was not going to move. A few days later I noticed the crack did indeed move and now I have an 18" crack emanating from the original site in both directions and it increases every day. I am PISSED! Stay away from this windshield repair place in Santa Fe!! I would have posted photos if I was able to.

I went there this morning after getting a nick in my windshield yesterday from a car in front of me. I started to develop a crack after 1 day. Not wanting it to become a bigger problem, I paid a visit to Rock Solid Windshield Repair. The gentleman was thorough and EXTREMELY ŕeasonable in price. Tom did a phenomenal job repairing the chip and line crack in my windshield. First, I went to another shop that was unable to fix the line crack and chip in my windshield because the line crack was 4 inches. The other shop recommended Rock Solid Windshield Repair. Tom fixed the crack at a low cost. It's barely noticeable. He completed the repair in under 20 minutes. I'm impressed. Thank you!

I called John the night before I went in. He was concerned about the rain and called several times before he said I could bring it in. When I arrived, he did an amazing job. It looks great and I'm confident it won't spread. John was very professional. I appreciate his work and will definitely recommend him to everyone who would need his services. Thank you John.
