I have a Ford F-150 and the back windshield window track came loose from the truck. I check with several glass shops in Santa Fe and was told I would have to replace the entire back window. I finally took it to a dealership and was told the same thing. But I pushed the issue that it was only the track and everything else worked perfectly. They then referred me to Allen Wood. I called Allen on Monday and he came out on Tuesday to look at my truck and said he could fix it. He came back on Wednesday and it took him less than 1 hour to fix it and the price was much better than replacing the entire back window. I would highly recommend him for any of your car glass issues. He was prompt, efficient and very affordable.

Taking my Rogue, Nissan for windshield replacement and all around tint. Had appointment on Monday and was cancelled, are appointment for service was overbooked, so now today is the day Wednesday the 31st and hope everything goes well. Gilbert Ty for your response on my first review. We have a business card with owner Alan Gutierrez, with your employees written description of what we were asking for, and employee was very well aware that Nissan Rogue had a previous tint and employee suggested a new tint applied over the old to save some money was his suggestion. We were scheduled for the day my husband took car iin wich was Monday 29th. We have nothing to do with your miscommunication on scheduling and employee not being direct on the light tint we already had, but wanted it darker do to the heat and intense sun rays. We are very satisfied with the work that was finally done the following Wednesday.

The process was super affordable and very simple; all I had to do was break my windshield 😉 and they handled the rest! Communication was clear and accurate, and so many updates!! It made it very easy to schedule my day and get all my things down and still accommodate the appointment. My tech, Erick, was prompt, professional, and not just courteous, but also genuinely friendly and pretty funny. The work done seems impeccable, and follow up had been appropriate and super thorough as well! I was very overwhelmed about what I *thought* this process would entail and how expensive it would be, and SAFELITE made it so quick, simple and affordable, that it was probably, actually the easiest chore on my list to get checked off!! This service is 100% excellent. I called John for a last-minute repair and he was able to squeeze me in the very next morning and even came to where I was staying at in order to fix the repair.
