The side window of my vehicle was shattered due to to break in. I called several places to check prices for replacement and AMGR offered the best price. Initially I was told they weren't able to replace it until the next morning, but then Jackie told me she would call their vendors to see whether they could get the replacement part today, and that they would fit me in if it was available. She called back, said they could fit me in. They completed the work promptly while I waited. I called them because of the 5 star reviews and because they are in Rio Rancho and I like to do business with local business owners. I would highly recommend them because they went above and beyond to take care of the replacement on the same day so I could be back on the road. In addition, their prices were the best of four companies that I called. I have used Tyler several times now and I have to say every time it gets better. Not only are his prices the best out there he takes that extra step to make sure you are happy. This last time he did a regulator replacement for me. The part store sent him the part wrong twice. He immediately apologized for the mixup and said he would make it right. He went straight to the dealer and got the part we needed. And as we all know once to go to the dealer they charge you 3 times as much for the part. Well Tyler told me he was sorry for the delay in making the repairs so he would not charge me for the additional cost of the part. I could not ever recommend anyone other then Tyler and his company to get any and all of you window repairs. Thanks again for all your help and fantastic service you gave us.

Save yourself a lot of $$ and use AMGR. This locally owned company replaced my windshield for half (yes, HALF) of Safelite’s estimate. They came to my home, were on time, made quick work of it, did an exceptionally professional job. Additionally, they are very nice. I gave them the wrong car model, and when they arrived they noticed right away and offered to come back the next day with the correct windshield for my actual car model. I felt so foolish but they were extremely friendly and kind about it. I will definitely use them again! I've been need a new windshield for a few months. I started shopping around and spoke with Tyler the owner. He is very friendly and thorough. His shop offers a discount if you pay with cash which was a BIG discount. He has the ability to do mobile install without a (gas charge of $10/ $15) that other businesses want to charge. He installed my windshield in a timely manner. About an hour & 1/2. I am extremely pleased with his work and will be returning to have my headlights cleaned at half the price of (Jiffy Lube). This is probably the best auto glass company to work with here in Rio Rancho!! I work near a before/after school business and my windshield was the victim of a foreign object thrown from said business. The damage was intense! I called around and AMGR was not only the least expensive (by $50 at least), he was thoughtful and made sure to see if I was ok before going through with the scheduling! A+! Replaced a windshield in my garage at a very affordable price. Enjoyed conversation while they worked as they stressed to me there mindset of customer satisfaction. The gentleman who fixed my window were awesome They were on time maybe even a few minutes early gave me a call when they were at my vehicle they were prepared and professional and ready to do the job. The 2 guys came on time to my house were very courteous and professional! One even put my windshield wiper fluid in which was sitting in my garage for months as I didn't know how full to fill....I was quoted a cheaper price then a competitor that I had to use last year!
