Wow!! I'm amazed and "VERY" satisfied with the service I paid for. I inquired on a windshield replacement yesterday evening. Immediately got a response and scheduled for today. The price was the cheapest in town. He was on time and did an "awsome" job. He removed and replaced it in laterally 20min. I was amazed on how fast he had it all done. I RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE SERIOUSLY. I recently replaced this windshield through J's auto glass and the service I received was "HORRIBLE" the price was alot more and the warranty was not worth what I paid. The windshield was not the correct one for my car there was crackling when I'd drive you could hear air come through. So I contacted them and let them know so the same guy came out following day and said it had leaks and it was fixed and if I had any issues to call him directly. Following day "SAME" cracklings and air coming through. Sent him a txt msg never got a response contacted the main person and she was very rude unprofessional and said that was my warranty he had already came and fixed it and that was that. So when I got service that topped the last place I went through by 10x I AM VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED. The side window of my vehicle was shattered due to to break in. I called several places to check prices for replacement and AMGR offered the best price. Initially I was told they weren't able to replace it until the next morning, but then Jackie told me she would call their vendors to see whether they could get the replacement part today, and that they would fit me in if it was available. She called back, said they could fit me in. They completed the work promptly while I waited. I called them because of the 5 star reviews and because they are in Rio Rancho and I like to do business with local business owners. I would highly recommend them because they went above and beyond to take care of the replacement on the same day so I could be back on the road. In addition, their prices were the best of four companies that I called. Auto Glass technicians did a great job in a very timely efficient manner. They finished the install to include programming in less time than expected was done within an hour when was told could take 2 to 4 hours . Thanks for that . The only drawback was getting to that point when I mentioned that it was being taken care of thru Statefarm and I requested that it be only OEM glass (MOPAR) for wife’s wrangler with a a Zero deductible I was originally told that Aftermarket glass would not require any additional monies and that OEM would .I had a fit and then all of a sudden Auto Glass responded saying no worries we found your OEM windshield and that State Farm would handle all of it . Moral to the story if you request OEM glass so it fits right and you have no deductibles and you’re comprehensive coverage is to cover it there shouldn’t be any additional charges or cost . Other than that mishap I would use them again . Now that we understand each other. Thanks Auto Glass . You do great work.

This is by far the best call center I've ever worked for. Pay raises come as long as you do your job and meet your stats. I've been here since they opened and they've come a long way.
