Wow!! I'm amazed and "VERY" satisfied with the service I paid for. I inquired on a windshield replacement yesterday evening. Immediately got a response and scheduled for today. The price was the cheapest in town. He was on time and did an "awsome" job. He removed and replaced it in laterally 20min. I was amazed on how fast he had it all done. I RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE SERIOUSLY. I recently replaced this windshield through J's auto glass and the service I received was "HORRIBLE" the price was alot more and the warranty was not worth what I paid. The windshield was not the correct one for my car there was crackling when I'd drive you could hear air come through. So I contacted them and let them know so the same guy came out following day and said it had leaks and it was fixed and if I had any issues to call him directly. Following day "SAME" cracklings and air coming through. Sent him a txt msg never got a response contacted the main person and she was very rude unprofessional and said that was my warranty he had already came and fixed it and that was that. So when I got service that topped the last place I went through by 10x I AM VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED. I used Alonso because he had decent reviews, sounds like a nice guy but he was rude and in a big hurry, yanking on thinks like an ape, my window worked fine it was just shattered, after the install my window no longer worked and he wanted to leave it down, so instead of having burglars push in shattered glass they could just climb in now, we asked to have the window up at least so he tied it up with wire, I don't recommend him one star for punctually and one for priceServicesAuto side window replacement

He was over 30 minutes late for an appointment he rescheduled. The paint on my hood is now chipped all over. He said the chips were already there. They were NOT. He wouldn't give me an answer as to how he gets the correct windshield so quickly (he originally offered to come out the next day). The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the windshield looks good so far. If I have to have it done again, I will pay the extra money to have it done by someone else.

Broken glass was left behind the door panel so every time the door is shut I can hear the rattling of the glass. Shortly after I noticed my window had trouble going up and down. I reached out and asked if he could take a look and he insisted that the break-in is what caused that to happen. I got a second opinion and it was in fact the way the glass was installed that caused the issue and was an easy fix.

I called this business to get a quote to replace the window on my truck. The man I spoke with got all my information but didn’t have the window in stock. He stated that he needed to source one from the Ford dealer and would call me back with pricing and to schedule. He never called back. To his credit I called 4 other auto glass companies and only 1 called me back.

I love this window replacement man. I don't go to another. I tell all my friends and I tell my family. I gave him a 20 dollar tip because I have used him for years and he never disappoints. Always on time. I sent my address to the wrong number and he followed up to get my location he is really nice and his assistant is polite.

I called three other glass/windshield companies and no one would stop a crack from spreading. Alonso was able to not only stop it but make the crack almost unnoticeable. I was quoted $340 by the commercial competitor. Texted the business number and got a same day quote from Alonso for almost half that cost. Was scheduled same week, Alonso was polite and swift with his service and made everything efficient and easy. Would highly recommend.
