My experience with Benny and his crew have been great from the start! After two other companies would not get back to me when submitting an online request, Benny was the only one who got back to me. I first submitted an online appointment request about a small crack on my front windshield and I was hoping it would be repaired. I sent the request on a Sunday thinking I wouldn't hear back until sometime Monday. An hour later, I get a call from Benny and he set me up with an appointment on Monday afternoon. Benny originally quoted me $75 if the job was successfully completed. When he showed up to my work on Monday afternoon, unfortunately he could not repair the crack because I had already tried to repair it myself. The sealant had already covered the crack, so it was difficult for him and his crew to drill into the crack and reseal it. In the end, I had to get a replacement. Since the job was unsuccessful, he only charged me $50 and the remaining $25 would be used towards my new replacement. He then placed an order for my new windshield and set up another appointment on the following Wednesday. Benny quoted me for an economic (a cheaper option) windshield for about $237 not including tax. Come Wednesday morning when he showed up to my work. The company he ordered my new windshield from gave him the wrong model. Originally, he ordered me an economic windshield which was a cheaper option. But he ordered it from a different company and I guess they only had a premium windshield, which was a little more expensive. Benny is an honest guy and keeps his word. Since the second windshield he ordered was about $80 more, he kept the price he quoted me the same. On Thursday afternoon, he already had the new windshield and he was near my work, so he came by and installed my new windshield in about ten minutes. My new windshield looks great and looks exactly like the original! Benny and his team are great guys! Benny himself is a great, honest and very professional person. Very customer friendly as he will work with you with pricing and keeps his word. Also great on communication. He'll call about a half hour before he comes to your location. He also answer's his text in a timely matter. Now I can see why his company gets 5-star reviews on Google and Yelp. If you're looking for a great, reliable auto glass repair/replacement company, go with Eagles! Thank you Benny!

I initially went to another company for my windshield replacement, and unfortunately, their poor workmanship caused the glass to crack shortly after. To make matters worse, they offered no compensation or resolution. It was a frustrating and a costly mistake. Thankfully, I found Eagle Auto Glass, and the difference was night and day. Their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service were outstanding. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly and helpful. They scheduled my appointment quickly and even offered mobile service, which was super convenient. The technician Benny, arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the job efficiently. He explained the process, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. The new glass looks perfect, and I haven’t had any issues since the replacement. I highly recommend Eagle Auto Glass to anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement. Their prices were fair, the service was top-notch, and the whole process was hassle-free. Benny is absolutely wonderful. He is professional, fair and does quality work. I contacted the company in need to find a company that would do a great job at a reasonable price. He gave me an option instead of just giving me whatever at a rate that would suite him. Out of about 4 places I called he was the most reasonably priced and offered an option for me to choose from what would best suite me. He called first thing in the morning to advise that he was on his way. He and his assistant arrived wearing their face mask for safety. Completed the job and in addition my window had an issue and would not roll back up and he fixed that as well. He was respectful, courteous, professional and just a breathe of fresh air. I was on my way to work and a truck kicked up a rock from the road and it cracked the top of my window shield, it was a mess and very big crack which had a ripple effect. I found Eagles Auto glass online and I called to get a quote. They gave me a great low price and came out the same day, everybody else i called were way to expensive and I would've had to wait until next week which i couldn't afford to do. Benny and his associate came out the same day to my house on time as promised and explained the procedure and went to work right away. He finished in no time even fixed a few things the last guy messed up. Benny was very professional and very knowledgeable. Great guy and I will not hesitate to call him again if the need arises and will recommend him to anyone who needs glass repair or replacement. I wouldn't go anywhere else. THANKS AGAIN BENNY!!

A tractor trailer kicked up a big rock and it cracked my windshield, ugh! As with everyone this has happened to, I was not happy! I called about 8 places and Eagles gave the best price around! Benny is the BEST! I watched the whole time and he explained everything step by step! The whole process took about 35 minutes and they came right to my condo! His helper (you go girl) was right on top of what to do next! I'm so glad I didn't have to pay my deductible and file a claim with my insurance! I'm thrilled that crack is gone! I found Eagle auto glass online after I received a quote from a well known glass company. I called and after answering a few questions I was given a quote which was more than half the quote from the well-known company. I made an appointment and Benny came to my job that following morning. He called before he came and call again once he arrived. He was very polite and courteous. He answered all my questions and concerns. He completed the replacement of my front windshield in a little over an hour. He explained the aftercare process in great detail. I’m very pleased with my experience with this company. I highly recommend to anyone needing glass repair/ replacement. Benny was great. Another satisfied customer.

Benny is the best! Such a wonderful customer experience from start to finish. Initial response time was very quick and Benny was knowledgeable, personable and honest. Scheduling was quick and convenient. The morning of, they came to my house on time, immediately got to work, and did an excellent job! Was given all the info I needed and really appreciated such an exceptional experience. SO glad I went with Eagle's Auto Glass instead of the corporate franchises out there because the experience was much better, more personal, and more reasonably priced. This guy is one of the best. His name is Benny. He replaced my windshield on a rainy day, and after 5pm when he should be closed for the day. He was very professional, gave an incredible price, and got the job done with no worries for me, I would 1000% recommend him for anyone, he even offered me to play indoor soccer with him Great company, very friendly and professional service. Great price, very transparent about what you are paying for and does not try to rip you off! Benny worked quickly but was very meticulous to make sure everything was done right! Thank you!

So glad I got to talk to Benny. I had look around for prices as companies charges from $275-$700 for the rear glass install oh my van. When I spoke to Benny, he quoted me for less than that. He came the next day to my work place and installed the glass. Very flexible, convenient, good at communicating, hard working and trustworthy. I even left the car open for them to install the glass, while I’m at work. They also vacuumed the inside of my car where the some of the shattered glass were. Highly recommended!!! Excellent service! Very friendly guy and helpful. He went above and beyond the call to service. He took a look at an issue with my door and helped with other issues where he could. Trust me look no further. I called around and by far the best price I found on top of the fact he gave me a further discount for paying cash. I not only watched and learned how a windshield is installed but most of all I learned a great deal about customer service and passion in what you do!
