I do NOT recommend this company. I have always wanted to support small businesses and do not usually leave reviews. Let me tell you about my experience. I was initially quoted $305. They came to my house to do a windshield repair. I see that they were struggling to get the string in between the glass. However, they tell me because you have a light bar thats why its taking so long and we have to charge you additional 40 dollars. Keep in mind, while getting a quote I sent them pictures of the car. So I nicely asked, if you had told me I would remove it before hand (only 2 screws). The owner then says come outside and do it then. As I come outside, he is already packing up. So I say fine, I will pay the extra. He rudely makes a head motion and says okay. Once they are completed, I come outside to pay. The guys phone was not connecting to the paying app, and while he is waiting, he is talking negatively about me to his partner. Saying this is a failed job, and other negative things when I am standing in front of him. Out of niceness, I say let me see if I have cash for you and his response is why wouldn't you do that to begin with rudely. To help him and make it easier for him I was willing to look for cash and he again says rude phrases?! Very rude. Not professional. Lastly, they also did not put the light bar back on as it was before they started. It is backwards and the guard is inverted. All in all, I paid $345 for unprofessional service. This guy installed a front windshield on my car and next day water came into the car, molding flew off while driving the car and when i looked carefully, there was a crack on the corner of the windshield. He promised to show up to look at it but never showed up and then he blocked my phone number. I called from another phone number and again the same thing. I ended up going to Safelite and replaced it. After looking at it they told me, not only he installed the cracked windshield but didn't attach electrical for heated glass and didn't attach windshield fluid system. Low life guys like this give small business a bad name. I didn't want to write my review but after thinking over it I realized that people should know about scammers like this one and avoid it...... I hate to write bad reviews about small businesses but its a life threatening issue.....

I had them replace my front windshield and didn’t Seal It proper Wind and twater coming through my vehicle very poor job don’t know what was he thinking I guess he was too cheap on the glue I tried calling him back he said call back normal business hours I have to calling from a different number just to answer he wouldn’t answer on my phone that I originally called him out his schedule online it says 24 hours when I called him he said call during normal business hours tomorrow Very mean and un trustworthy of a company I believe that they are flyby nights I am very unsatisfied this is a horrible thing to do to someone especially after giving you their business and giving you money only thing I asked was to give me a sealed and installed when she’ll guess he can do a proper I do not recommend them to anyone do not use them

My front windshield got a crack in it on Rt 1 and I never got it looked at. When I cleaned the snow off my car off on Sunday, I saw that the crack had spread a little and as I was driving it spread even more. After making a few calls I decided to go with these guys based on their price. I sent a picture and got a estimate. They came to my house and at first I was a little skeptical because the guy showed up in a plain white van. He called when he was outside and went right to work, completely professional and friendly. The window was done in no time and he took time out to tell me how to properly warm up my car next time. My only suggestion is to get some signage for your truck, ladies like me get paranoid. Other than that keep up the good work. Thanks again

The staff came in less than 20 minutes. The team worked on my car in my parking lot. They were very professional and worked on our car very carefully and meticulously. After about 30 to 40 minutes they gave us a call and we came out our apartment and our windshield was good as new. Very nice staff and worked very hard to make your experience as easy as possible. I had a small crack in my windshield, so i called to get an estimate on a repair. When i did the guy on the phone told me they dont do repairs and then proceded tell me that because it was a crack and not a chip, my whole windwhield needed replacing. I even sent him a pictute. What i didnt tell him is that im a glassblower, and so i know that as long as the crack isnt through all 3 layers of the windshield and is under 3 inches, its almost gaurenteed to be repairable. At least i now know not to trust them before i could give them any business.

Started off very professional, gentleman showed up and replaced my windshield, unfortunately there's some leakage on the drivers side and when driving over 40mph, lots of wind comes in. I called two Monday's ago and was told to call back on Friday to schedule the repair. An additional week has gone by and these guys just stop responding to my text messages and phone calls, at times goes straight to vm. This is not proper business practice to take people's hard earned money and not follow up on the alleged warranty on the quality of work.

My window shield was damaged. I called and spoke with Gilbert. He is very professional and meeting him in person confirmed this. He assessed the window shield and suggested replacing it. The very next day Friday , the window was put in and it's like nothing ever happened. Sometimes being a woman and going to these places gentlemen try to get over on us. Gilbert is the complete opposite. He explains thing's to you. He has the cutest dogs and he let me pet them. Go here people you won't regret it!

Gilbert & Manny provided excellent service & customer service skills. Gilbert the owner, was the only glass repair company that answered the phone on Sunday. He booked my appointment for the following Monday, came promptly, and fixed my window. His price was substantially cheaper than a big name companies price, of which they never answered my phone call. Unsafe (didn't reconnect my wipers, didn't reinstall my rain senor correctly and had a piece of trim fly off while driving!) and never calls you back to fix any of it!. DO NOT USE! Update: I finally the opportunity to disassemble the rain sensor and found that there was NO GEL PACK reinstalled. Because they never call you back, I purchased the gel pack myself and installed. Now my rain sensors work again! Hooray for me - but sucks to Extreme for NO customer service!
