First Day ,Technician was very informative on what he is doing replacing my 4runner windshield...very polite and have patience on his work. Notified me of some rust on the pinch weld and applied primer on it. He even cleaned the oil dropping in my driveway coming out of his van. But on the second day. another technician came out to replace another windshield for my Toyota Camry. That person was totally the opposite of the first one. He was in a hurry and did not communicate well enough, did not say a word on the condition of the pinchweld or other things. I dont know now what kind of quality work he did on the car. He did the job in less than 23 minutes. Then he went inside my garage and bang on my door so loud (sounds like he is breaking my door). Be professional and act accordingly and show respect on the homeowner ( that time I was on a phone call ). Need a lot of training. Asking me if I will go back on the same company in the future, probably not, I might get the same person.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Extremely thankful for this business! I have such a busy schedule and rely heavily on my car. They were very responsive when I requested a quote for my Tesla through Yelp and they were able to come next day. They asked for a picture of the damage on my windshield and let me know it could be repaired. They came right on time and called me in the morning to give me my appointment window. They let me know all the risks of this repair and it was very quick! Everything went great and I couldn't be happier. I can barely see the repair and am shocked with the quality. I hope I won't have to use these guys again, but if I do I will for sure call them. This was the only shop in my area that was available to do the repair this week and that's so important so the crack doesn't spread. Price was also reasonable!

These guys are top notch! I took my wife's Audi to work and on the way back from lunch, a truck kicked up a rock and left a big chip in the windshield. I called a number of auto glass shops and they came back with crazy prices and appointments a week later. When I finally called Premier I explained my situation to Ed. He gave me a great price and said he could have someone do it immediately. I don't know how he managed to do it with so little time but he was able to get a new windshield, send his tech to my company parking lot, and have it installed on the spot with plenty of time for me to go home on time. Installation was perfect and the car was cleaned up nicely. It looks like the car was never touched. They have my business for life!

Just wanted to say that dealing with Premier Auto Glass was an extremely easy and professional experience. Marcos came by on time, starting working right away and had my windshield replaced within 1 hour. Not only did he get it done fast but did so in a very clean professional way, the new windshield looks 100% OEM like it never was replaced. On top of all of this the pricing was amazing and very reasonable, especially since they come to your house to do the work. The first time I used them for a replacement I had a great experience so when I ended up getting a chip I did not hesitate to call them for a repair. After two weeks the repair failed, which is fine, as sometimes this happens. Their website states that they guarantee chips repairs in the sense that would deduct the price ($85) from the cost of a new windshield. However when the time came to schedule for the new windshield they would not honor this guarantee and tried to charge me full price. What a shame as I was trying to give them more business. I ended up going somewhere else and got the new windshield for less then Premier was charging anyway.

My son shattered his entire windshield and within hours someone was here at my home replacing it. The office staff was so responsive and had a price quote and inventory confirmation within 10 minutes. The installer that came was friendly, professional and skilled. I initially called a large nationwide windshield company prior to reaching out to Premier and the customer service and pricing i received was certainly not what i had expected from a nationwide organization. Best place ANYWHERE to get your glass replaced!! Polite, professional and the absolute most fair & reasonable prices! Premier Glass employees are upfront and honest, which sadly I’ve learned is a rarity in this business sector, as 4 other companies tried taking advantage of me by a LOT more money…yes, even one of the well-known glass replacement companies tried charging me more than double!!! A family member appalled by my other price quotes referred me to Premier and I could not be happier with the high-quality, reasonable pricing, honesty and professionalism of Premier’s staff!!! What an amazing experience. After calling the "other" glass company and getting a quote, I found out that the next available appointment was in 5 days (7 if I didn't want take a day off). I called Premier on a whim, basically because even after giving my VIN# they still needed to know the color of my windshield and I wasn't sure. The shop was very pleasant on the phone and was amazingly able to come on the same day! Counting the $40 the other guys charge for a house call, I saved $200!!! The work was completed very quickly even with my heated windshield. Hopefully I don't need them too often but I am a customer for life!

Premier Auto Glass was amazing! My first time dealing with car windshield replacement. They helped me through it all, and my car's windshield looks fantastic. Thank you Premier! Because of a camera/sensor recalibration thing, I had to go to their shop to have the work done (FYI: as per insurance not every glass replacent co. does this - Premier Auto are pros!). They were very nice and welcoming to me and other customers with appointments for their cars to be worked on, to wait at their location. Fantastic service and workmanship!

Called in right before closing and spoke with Ed, who was extremely professional and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all and he was more than happy to answer all my questions. Needless to say I was able to get something scheduled for the next day and best of all not need to leave the office. The service was performed quickly and the technician did an amazing job. Do yourself a favor, skip Safelite and just come here. On top of the great customer service the prices are affordable. Thank you Ed for making my experience wonderful!
