I just had an incredible experience using the services of Hollywood Auto Glass for a windshield replacement and recalibration of the front camera , which I didn’t know was even there. It was what I call the “full customer service experience”. I spoke directly with Delvi Rodriguez, who was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and so helpful. As I was searching for other quotes and information on my insurance deductible, Delvi also helped me understand some of my options. In the end I chose his services and I wasn’t disappointed. The job was priced the best of all other options. The job was very well done and it came with a lifetime guarantee. The appointment was honored and my car was brought to my driveway afterwards. I received a call confirming everything. A photo was sent to me of the car in my driveway, as I wasn’t home at the time, and we agreed on a place to leave the key. They also took my payment over the phone to make it easier for me. Overall so professional, and very kind & respectful and I highly recommend this company.

Extremely thankful for this business! I have such a busy schedule and rely heavily on my car. They were very responsive when I requested a quote for my Tesla through Yelp and they were able to come next day. They asked for a picture of the damage on my windshield and let me know it could be repaired. They came right on time and called me in the morning to give me my appointment window. They let me know all the risks of this repair and it was very quick! Everything went great and I couldn't be happier. I can barely see the repair and am shocked with the quality. I hope I won't have to use these guys again, but if I do I will for sure call them. This was the only shop in my area that was available to do the repair this week and that's so important so the crack doesn't spread. Price was also reasonable!
