They said they call me back for a quote in a price and I already had the equipment to do the glass the glasses already pulled for one Jeep to go into another Jeep and the lady tries telling me that's not something they do and that you would want to charge me full price for a brand new windshield when I already have a windshield at home and the day couldn't install at that's not something they do last I knew you were glass company and those are the things you want to do I would assume so it's a replace windshields that's why you're in the business needless to say I've done business with these people in the past and it was awesome great I could never complain about him but now I call up about something very simple and I'll never use their service again I am very disgusted with the way the lady talk to me on the phone and I'm just asked us there with her services. So I will never and none of us will anyone else I know ever use them for any service

So far great experience with this place safelite couldn’t get the job done called these guys told them my situation with me having my dog and the fact I bring him everywhere they understood. I did the key drop never done that before they got on my car first thing the next morning when I called the guy assured me that they were gonna blow out my van and vacuum going above and beyond what safe lite would have done for me in the past I’ve had safelite change glass in my vehicles and there has been left over glass even tho they vacuum it the guys over at Manchester auto glass understand and care about there customers will be adding photos when I pick it up later thank you again Manchester Auto Glass

My boyfriend and I just moved to the east coast and we had a big crack in the windshield which had to be replaced ASAP for safety and car registration. After calling a few places, Manchester Auto Glass quoted us the best price. I know the dealer would've ripped me off for the same windshield, so I wanted to support a smaller business. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, they got my windshield done in less time than they quoted, and they stayed true to their quote (no hidden fees). I call to get my car windshield replace and all they gave me lies about coming to get my car fix they never show up as if I’m talking to a ghost in the store when they all work on that day. Not just that the guy gave me an option only Wednesday or Friday then told me did I not hear him when I ask is there any possible way he can make it like today which was Friday when I call them. Don’t ever use there company there unprofessional when it comes to there customer and they will lie. Frank and his team of professionals at Manchester Auto Glass did a superb job of replacing the sunroof on my Genesis G70 after it exploded. Even though they had to drop the headliner to access some of the broken glass, you'd never know they had touched it. They were very thorough, and left the white interior cleaner than when they got it. I was extremely happy and relieved at the outcome. Besides being friendly and courteous, they got it done in a timely fashion, and test drove it with me afterwards, to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend them. Very professional and organized business. I forgot to remove dash cam, phone mount, and ezpass from windshield prior to dropping off my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, I had my fingers crossed that the various mounts were removed from the old glass. To my surprise, not only were the mounts removed but they were also reinstalled on the new glass in the exact location they were in previously. Your attention to detail is greatly appreciated. I got my car back and the windshield was wobbly and making noises. I brought it back 2 separate times and they told me they would replace it for free but all they did was put foam blocks in and told me it was all set but it only took one drive to notice it wasn’t fixed or better at all. They clearly didn’t want to fix it and took the cheap way out and I have to drive an hour there and back every time so I got sick of driving there for nothing. Dont recommend. Still driving with a wobbly and noisy windshield. Yes i’m positive I went here with my 2010 ford fusion. this was months ago nice try tho. I’m 100% positive it was you guys.

Best customer service I've received anywhere in so long! I completely understand now why this business has been operating over 35 years! Most of the staff has been there for decades, which says a lot about the integrity and experience of the whole business. Scott was professional and friendly, making sure my windshield was taken care of perfectly and in a timely manner. He helped me with my insurance claim, kept me updated on the progress while I relaxed in the lobby, and even made me coffee while I waited. From now on, I will never go anywhere else for all my auto glass needs!

Excellent an all around 5 stars. this is where I'll go anytime I have a need for glass work. I made the mistake of trying a mobile company and they reschedule me for a month straight. then I tried Safelite (which was recommended by my insurance) and they also rescheduled me on the day they were supposed to come. I made an appoinment with Manchester glass and the appointment was kept, the job was done within the timeframe offered and everything looks just like new. the staff was great and very personable, the place looks great and all around very professional. thanks guys!

Time and time again, they have gone above and beyond for my family, meeting seemingly impossible deadlines, helping to navigate the process of insurance claims, and they've even come out to our home to fix a broken windshield. With all the extras this company provides to their customers, it's amazing that they still have the best rates in town! I wouldn't recommend you bring your glass needs to anyone else!
