DO NOT GO HERE. Very bad experience… it all started when I got in an accident in august. My na Miata was brought here and took until October to get it back. The day I got my car back I was just thinking I finally got my car back, then I got home and found TWO dead mice in the cab. I called and they knew they were in there and said nothing. Then as I started to do my own work on the car i found beyond poor repair work, and pieces not put back. Then on top of all this I end up getting an ezpass bill in the mail, which means they took my vehicle out AT MIDNIGHT for a joy ride. Then when another call came to them they said that the car I DROVE IN wasn’t drivable at the time. DO NOT GO HERE

ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A REPAIR CENTER. Accident occurred in July when I was hit from behind on Everett Turnpike into the car in front of me. It took almost a month after accident for work to begin on the car. When car was ready for pickup Michel stated "You're car sat for a long time so there is going to be some noise when you first drive, but it should go away." The noise did not go away, it was a massive thumping in my rear brakes every time I used them. I contacted to be fixed, was told I had an appointment the next Monday for them to clean up the breaks. The mechanic they use had no idea why the car was there or who I was. They did no work on my car and just told me how much it would cost. Two weeks later they finally communicated and fixed the issue. Upon washing my car the other day for the first time since I got it back, it is obvious that they didn't do anything close to their best work. My trunk is not aligned with a gap on the left side of it while it is nearly overlapping the right side. It is also not alligned with the body of the car at all. Both rear lights are still cracked, a dent in door that was pinched. The plastic around the inside of rear window was not put back into place on the driver side. The left rear door is not aligned with body. The only reason there is a one star review is because I can't leave zero. You can find some place better!!ServicesBody & Trim, Brakes, Painting

Had my hood stolen and window broken on our family van. Some engine components were taken as well. These guys made the process as streamlined as it could get with my insurer. In almost a week I had a brand new hood that was color matched perfectly to the rest of the van and a new window as well as my missing engine bits. All looked like it was from the factory. So professional that you wouldn’t be able to tell it had work done. Not only do these guys do the best work I’ve personally witnessed, they actually care about your situation and want to get you right quickly all while maintaining quality. No wonder this shop has a steady 5 star rating. Don’t look elsewhere! This is the place to go for the services they provide!

Highly recommend! Excellent communication, excellent service. I was in a fender bender in the beginning of February, after calling 10 different places and being told end of March, April, May, and even June for scheduling repairs Bedford Collision came to the rescue. Misha was quick to respond to my email with the appraisal from my insurance company, and was able to order the parts and called me within 2 weeks to schedule a drop off, took about a week and a half for repairs to be done. My 2015 vehicle looks brand new! Hopefully I won't have to return any time soon, but Bedford Collision will be my first call should I ever need their services again, highly recommended!

Words cannot describe how pleased I am with the service I received from Bedford Collision in Manchester, NH! I needed some work done on the transmission and a check engine light diagnostic, and Mischel, the owner, went above and beyond for me every step of the way! He was professional and friendly and instantly put me at ease when it came to figuring out what needed to be done to my car. Would highly recommend! I had some roof damage as a result of falling tree branches. I didn’t want to file an insurance claim and went to a few shops for an estimate. They were all 2-3 weeks booked out. Bedford Collision was able to fit my repair in between jobs, the turn around time was less than a week, much faster than anywhere else. Misha was able to get a very reasonable estimate written up and I dropped the car off. At pick up, they even found additional dings/scratches on the inside of my door which were painted as well. Communication was great. I will be calling them first if I need any more work down the road!

Bedford Collision Center did a great job restoring my car where I can't detect there was any damage. The process was professional and smooth as they worked with my insurance company, clearly defining what I would owe for payment upon completion. I noticed an electronic issue with my locks shortly after getting my car back in which Misha was quick to accommodate, evaluated issue, ordered new part, and fixed problem. I hope to not need collision work going forward, but if I do, I know I can trust Bedford Collision Center to do an excellent job. Thanks Misha and Team.

I came to Bedford Auto to get a quote for a bumper that was ripped from my Tesla Model 3 while backing out of my garage. I spoke with Misha Shklyar who is the owner of this business. Misha told me that he could repair it and how much it would cost. I viewed the cost as very reasonable so I left the car. He called me two days later and told me the car was ready to be picked up. I was in a car accident, and there was a decent amount of miscommunication, I believe it was mainly my insurance companies fault. I wasn't completely satisfied with the work that was done the first time, and they were very quick to correct what I was dissatisfied with. Overall my experience was positive, misha is very friendly and is willing to go above and beyond to please his customers, even if they yell at him (I'm sorry)
