When getting the car ready for the install they used a rubber mallet to hammer off the fasteners on the windshield wipers instead of using a windshield wiper puller tool like every other windshield installer. Then they ordered the wrong windshield and said they got the wrong part number from the dealership. The technician noticed that it was wrong after he had already taken out the cracked windshield leaving the car unsaleable until a new one is installed. He said that he would be back in 30 minutes with the right one but when he came back, he came with a lesser value windshield without consulting me. I noticed that it was wrong windshield and told them I would not accept that piece of glass because I paid for a higher quality glass. The following day when the right windshield is supposed to be installed they called the morning of the install to inform me that they had order the wrong windshield once again.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

In my experience. It's very rare that a company doing a service like JSL DOES, where I feel compelled to immediately thank them with a 5 star review. This company is just GREAT! . 100% PERFECTION! In less than 24 hrs after contacting them. I had My 2018 Hyundai rear passenger window replacement done at home, for a fair $310. Less than my deductible. Super friendly "Tia* set up my appointment and the next morning, less than a day later. Technician Tino showed up and replaced my window with care and professionalism. Exactly on time and to perfection. He even cleaned up all the broken glass! Thank you Tino! Also, Thank you JSL! WELL DONE!

Installer was on time, and they did a good job. The problem was their office HQ could not provide me with an invoice showing details of why they charged over my deductible by $267. They hand wrote on the invoice that shows a balance of $500 (my deductible) adding $267 due to use of OEM Glass. They said their system is not able to print an accurate Invoice!!! Not disputing the total just disputing the fact if its legal for them to do it why cant they give me an real invoice showing this detail!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I randomly picked JSL from a list my insurance company gave probably 15 years ago. They did a great job and so the next time I used them again. And then again, and again. I think they have probably replace 8-9 windshields for me. Never any issues (no leaks, no mess, etc.). Today they replaced the front piece of glass on my moonroof. Again, I had no issues. They processed all the insurance request, sourced the factory glass, and installed it in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

I had my windshield replaced at this business and experienced unsatisfactory results. Despite providing pictures showing no prior damage, my vehicle was returned with paint damage on the A-pillar. When I brought this to their attention, the business denied responsibility and refused to address the issue. Additionally, my dashboard was left in a damaged condition. Wow these guys were amazing, i called in the morning and quoted me a price which i found to be an awsome and very affordable for my Audi. They have a mobile service which was so helpful. These 2 guys showed up and wasted no time they got to work on my brand new windshield, they were quick and efficient , i was confident they knew what they were doing. They were in and out in less than an hour. I truly recommend JSL Auto Glass they turned a horrible experience to a great ENDING. THX Guys.

JSL came to my residence to repair two pieces on my car that were attached to glass. When they arrived, they realized more work was required than originally thought. They did the extra work for less than 1/2 of the cost because they wanted to honor their quote. The work was complete in 45 min -- good as new. The entire process was hassle-free, the work was high quality, and JSL's customer service was amazing! Highly recommend!

This company was recommended by my insurance company. They did an absolutely great job! They were a pleasure to work with from the office staff taking information, setting up the appointment, and the installer Angel. He left the car sparkling clean.
