Suddenly, I had to replace my shattered windshield on my work van recently. I called every single auto glass company available in Reno/Sparks including all available mobile options and Auto Glass Now was not only the best and quickest value:quality I could find, but they also allowed me to bring my own windshield (no warranty was ok with me) and they provided the window trim for me. They also worked with me over a few days of setbacks on my side, even though that may have inconvenienced them. When they were busy, their support phone lines were very responsive and quick to help. The day of the job, they welcomed me in, gave me clarity and respect, and only asked the necessary questions to complete the job, and they completed it within 1.5hrs. It was a streamlined process, their work area is organized and safe, and upon the job being completed, there were 0 problems and I saw everything was reassembled with care. Weeks after the job, I have had a total of 0 problems with the new windshield and I'm 100% satisfied with their performance. Thank you guys!

My windshield was severely pitted and so hard to see through after years of commuting to Carson City for my job. I decided it was time to get it replaced and Glassify was highly recommended by a ton of people in a local moms Facebook group. Nothing against the corporate/bigger companies, but I prefer to support local business when I can as I am a local business owner as well, so I was delighted to find out there was a local company to utilize! And woman owned, even better! It was a great experience, amazing customer service, fast scheduling, and they worked with my insurance for all the financial aspects! Also so nice that they came to my home for the service and I could still drive my vehicle right after they were finished! If you have mobile auto glass needs, definitely reach out to Olivia at Glassify and she will make sure you are a satisfied customer!

Excellent experience working with JDAL! I called for a quote on Monday morning, and Hilmer got back to me that same morning. I was able to get my windshield replaced within 2 days. The price was good compared to others (I got a couple of other quotes beforehand, and this was the best price). I was told that the installation would take place between 9-10am. Hilmer and team got the job done by 9:20am, which was great! I also really love that this is a mobile service. This saved me having to pay for an Uber and going through the headache of dropping off and picking up my car from the shop. If you want someone reliable and professional who also offers great pricing and superior quality of work, I would highly recommend giving JDAL Mobile Auto Glass a call!

In my experience. It's very rare that a company doing a service like JSL DOES, where I feel compelled to immediately thank them with a 5 star review. This company is just GREAT! . 100% PERFECTION! In less than 24 hrs after contacting them. I had My 2018 Hyundai rear passenger window replacement done at home, for a fair $310. Less than my deductible. Super friendly "Tia* set up my appointment and the next morning, less than a day later. Technician Tino showed up and replaced my window with care and professionalism. Exactly on time and to perfection. He even cleaned up all the broken glass! Thank you Tino! Also, Thank you JSL! WELL DONE!

Nick was very thorough, thoughtful and customer service oriented! He knew everything about what he was doing, how long it would take, how it will look after the repair (you will still see the crack some, but it is sealed completely) and how to “care” for the windshield after (just wait 24 hours after the repair before you take it through a pressurized wash). He called me the morning of my appointment and told me what time he would arrive, and he was spot on! The whole process of making my appointment to having Nick here was effortless & free! My insurance covered it 100%. with State Farm and now Progressive. As we all know, in Reno, if you are lucky enough to not get a chip, your windshield becomes so pitted you have to replace it. DEFINITELY use this service for chip repair you will not be disappointed! They will come to your home, work or wherever your vehicle is parked. I know this from a previous encounter with this company & I was extremely impressed with the service back then too!
