I was recently traveling through central Nebraska on my way back to northern Wyoming. When I stopped in Kearney for gas, I discovered the gasket around my windshield (which I had recently had replaced) was coming off. I knew I had to do something since I still had 9 hours of interstate drive time ahead of me. I called the local number for the glass repair chain that had replaced my windshield. I was told the Kearney franchise only did repairs, not replacements, so they wouldn't work on the seal around the window. They suggested I go to Big Red Auto Glass...I'm so glad they did! Everyone at Bi Red Auto Glass was extremely friendly and helpful!! Once I explained the situation they worked on my windshield right away to get me back on the road. I am so grateful they were willing to help when they could have easily said they were too busy.

Lisa and her team (I believe they’re a family) are AMAZING angels who helped me and my mom in an emergency because our driver window blew out somehow on the highway driving cross-country. Everything was closing in town and other auto repair shops weren’t answering 15 mins before close but we got ahold of Big Red after she was done with another customer. They went the extra mile to help us out and find the right part and line up repairs ASAP when we were in a bind and needing to make it to Iowa in the same night. They are affordable, professional, great quality and a family-owned business doing great work. Took the SUV in for a rock Chip repair. It was easily noticeable before. Now if you don't know where it is. You wouldn't know it was there. The staff are friendly as well. It's kinda tricky to find if your going west on Hwy 30 / 25th Street. Overall I would highly recommend them. Very reasonable price as well.

Had our windshield replaced in our family vehicle, and it really looked so clear and crisp driving off, and it has stayed in good condition since then (was in Oct 2024). Was easy to call and schedule the time to have it done that worked for us too. Thank you Lisa & Brent!

Very grateful to Lisa and her husband for fitting me in and repairing a rock chip that had spread to a 7-inch crack. I’m traveling cross country and their friendliness, willingness and expertise made all the difference in getting me back on the road. Highly recommend!

At first this was easily a 5 star. Got the tint done, noticed some bubbling, took it back and they took care of it right away. Got it back the second time and noticed more bubbling than before. Went in to show them and was pretty much told to deal with it.

My husband had a tint strip put on the windshield and stated it the best installation he has had done and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend this business.

They're great people who work hard to serve their customers. I've had my windows tinted and windshield replaced and I couldn't be happier with them.

Awesome people, great work and on time like they say. I will be back in the future and the prices are better than safelite by far.
