I was recently traveling through central Nebraska on my way back to northern Wyoming. When I stopped in Kearney for gas, I discovered the gasket around my windshield (which I had recently had replaced) was coming off. I knew I had to do something since I still had 9 hours of interstate drive time ahead of me. I called the local number for the glass repair chain that had replaced my windshield. I was told the Kearney franchise only did repairs, not replacements, so they wouldn't work on the seal around the window. They suggested I go to Big Red Auto Glass...I'm so glad they did! Everyone at Bi Red Auto Glass was extremely friendly and helpful!! Once I explained the situation they worked on my windshield right away to get me back on the road. I am so grateful they were willing to help when they could have easily said they were too busy.

Last Saturday morning, on a cross-country drive toward home, a goose hit my windshield while traveling 80 mph on I80. The impact shattered my windshield badly, and knocked the entire rear view mirror assembly off of its base. We pulled off the highway as soon as possible in Kearney, Nebraska to find Safelite auto glass for help. Although they could not have the glass we needed until Monday, they were very helpful and checked over the windshield, assuring us we could make it home to Boise. An employee there even reattached our rear view mirror, and I was still in such shock that I don’t think I thanked him! That small act made a huge difference in the stress level of the rest of our drive. Thank you so much, sir!! We made it home and are scheduled with another Safelite location for the windshield replacement.

I called this morning to ask about getting some rock chips repaired, unfortunately I work out of my truck and our schedules did not line up, 100% on my schedule not his he gave me multiple options and tried to fit me in. While I didn’t have a timeframe that worked because of my schedule he gave me referrals to other people in town that I can trust and have experience and I really appreciate that. Owning a business myself I love that honest customer service. I will use TS in the future for any glass needs.
