Not there first time here.These guys are good at what they do and fast! I stayed in Shop for a windshield replacement. It was like an hour. No bs! That's fast. The tech had a hell of a time cause all the dust and mess under the glass. But they took it down to bare metal and put down new primer. O h and the treatment they show on commercials, with throwing mud on the window and it slides off. Uh ya, it works. Now I would not suggest to throw mud on the glass it does come of but can ruin the surface protection. But I didn't even use my wipers when it started raining just beaded right off! I Also do not suggest to drive in the rain without wipers. I will be back to safelite because I would never trust the other guys with my safety or glass needs

Forget calling their "number" -- their customer service was absolutely horrid! Don't believe their commercials either -- after having my windshield shattered on the highway and after talking for 20 minutes to their scheduling number, their solution for me wa to drive home (90 miles away at 75 MPH) and their next available appt was 4:30 the following day. I guess that is their definition of "getting you back on your way". Found a local shop that took awesome care of me. I will never recommend anyone use Safelite.

I have done business here in the past and had a good experience. However, I just called twice and tried to navigate their phone menu system, and both times I was not able to reach a person. The last part of the message said "we are not able to take your call at this time", and I was not able to leave a message for someone to call me back. They might as well provided the phone number of their competition because that is who I will be calling next.NegativeProfessionalism

I loved the option of scheduling online. I was able to drop the car off the night before and received a call from the tech about an hour and a half after my scheduled time that my windshield replacement was done and ready to go. The service desk gentleman was very understanding....i had to reschedule a total of 4 times due to certain things but I was able to make it my 4th appointment and they replaced my windshield....and they vacuumed up not only their mess from replacing the windshield but the mess from the person who broke it in the first place. They were fast and very professional. Thank you Safelite! Awesome job!

Had scheduled to replace a windshield over a week ago few hours before the appointment received a call saying they don’t have the glass in stock and would receive one by Tuesday which wouldn’t work for me being I travel for work. Basically what’s the point of scheduling an appointment if their not going to be readyNegativeProfessionalism

Having my vehicles window replaced by Safelite was effortless on my part. I made a phone call and they were out the next day to replace my window. They called me twice before showing up to verify the appointment then to verify vehicle location. Once he was there, he was done quickly and the workmanship was great.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. COMMUNICATION WAS AWESOME! Manager called me day before and said they didn’t like how replacement window looked so ordered another one that looked better before they even installed. This Safelite location has super friendly and helpful staff. My back windshield hinges broke yesterday and my back windshield was half hanging out. They were nice enough to help me disconnect it, wrap up the area and help me figure out what parts to order. I will always buy my windshields from Safelite.

I had the unfortunate experience of having to go to Safelite twice in a week, for two different rock chip repairs. Both times my experience was impressive. Great customer service, pleasant environment, and my windshield was repaired at my scheduled time, very quickly. I couldn’t have asked for more!
