All Star Auto Glass

Was pretty disappointed. Would have taken pictures if I would have known I could have uploaded them in the review. 2 things that completely ruined my experience here. First of all, they left the truck a mess. There was dirt and trimmings from cutting out the windshield all over the dash, console and floor mats, they didn't even bother to clean out. Secondly, I drive an older truck, so there is cracking in the dash, but they made this much worse. I understand that it may have been impossible to prevent this, but they never mentioned it once to me, even when I picked up the truck, despite that they made it considerably worse. I dropped off a very clean truck and got back a dirty one. Unprofessional.

On the last day of our vacation, we were 1.5 miles from Grand Island when "something" literally came out of no where and shattered my windshield and All Star Auto Glass came thru for me. I have one of those special windshields that had to be ordered and calibrated. Since I was not from Grand Island, All Star guided me to their shop, was waiting for me, and had the windshield ordered within minutes of me arriving. They had the work done the next day and ready for me to pick up. Matt was very helpful and friendly and even though I hope to never have to use them again, I would recommend if you need a windshield replaced -- DEFINITELY trust All Star Auto Glass to take care of your vehicle.

I came in there needing my boyfriends windshield fixed asap. I went in there got a quote said they could have the windshield ready the next day which honestly wasn't that expensive.. I picked it up today after work and the quality of glass was amazing, they had it parked aand ready to go by 5 and I had dropped it off at noon earlier that day. They were so nice and professional and took real good care of me and our car. Ill forever recommend them. Thank you for everything!!

Just went to get a little chip fixed and when they bring my car out I notice NOW there is another chip that was NOT there before. I went in and got him to come out and he wants to deny they did anything. But yet I know for a fact that chip was not there before. The best part I like about using this glass shop is that somebody live answers the phone not like the competition where you have to go through an automated process which is confusing and ridiculous thank you. As for the quality of the word I thought they did an excellent job replacing my windshield on my brand new vehicle it had to be calibrated they did an excellent job

After a turkey caved my windshield in on the interstate, the local glass shop didn't know where they could find one, due to supply chain issues and didn't have time if they had one, they suggested All State Glass. After calling them, they said they could get one in the next morning and put it in right away. So we drove to GI the next day. Great people Fast service.

Thank you Robby for the quick (and great priced) repair to our windshield! We started at SafeLite across the street but when the quote was $85 to fill the crack, I called All Star and got a quote for $44.95. Easy decision to cross the street and I couldn’t be happier with the work. Robby and Jordan, it was great to meet you both. You made a repair feel easy and fun.

All Star Auto Glass is an AMAZING company! They took care of me and my car as if it was thier own vehicle. I got to my appt early and they got my car in right away. Called at 8:15AM about getting a chip in my windshield fixed they told me to come in at 10AM. Arrived at 10:10 AM, easy parking walked in and they took my Jeep right back to work on it. Seems like it was no time at all and they were bringing it back to me. In and out quickly appreciate them getting this done for me making it as painless as possible. Thanks

Had setup an appointment to fix a 'chip' I thought I had but it turned out to be just a small pit. Was informed it would be best to leave it and not have it drilled and fixed. I haven't had to go to an auto glass before for a repair so it was good to get a nice rep to help me out with something I wasn't familiar with then send me on my way with no charge.
