My experience with this shop started out great but went downhill from there. I came in to get a shattered rear window replaced while en route from Colorado to Idaho. Thus I was in quite a hurry to have this emergency dealt with. The shop was kind enough to squeeze me in and went to the local dealership right away to pick up the replacement window. However, the supplied window was the wrong size, and so the shop applied some plastic film to make the car more driveable and to protect it from the elements. Sadly, they did a fairly poor job (e.g., didn't bother to wipe clean the car surfaces prior to application so that it would stick well, left multiple folds and creases that caught the wind and elements and soon led to leaks) AND they charged me $125 for it. They also must have damaged a sensor during their work, because after that, my hatch open light stayed on despite being closed, and my rear hatch wouldn't open. When I contacted the shop owner Kevin about this, he denied responsibility and stated I would need to contact the dealer to see if it was under warranty. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The shop started out with great intentions but their execution left much to be desired.

Really not very impressed. The culking skills could use some work. I had to bring my window back to had it redone. And when I got it back the second time I just decided to take it. However when it comes to overall speed they did really really well when I brought the window the first time it had to be close to closing on Friday. So to have it waiting for me same day that was pretty cool I think part of the problem is it didnt have time to set so the glass shifted. Culking job still wasnt the best but hey i had a window over the weekend and they did what they could to fix it on Monday. So that part made me pretty happy. I ended up going to ace come spring I'll re do the culk. So points for being upfront, honest, timely, friendly and all around good people. Thank you speedy glass

Where do I start? First time dealing with needing any kind of glass installed and unfortunately I needed a window installed on my driver door when the weather is in the negative and I called every glass installation business in Billings for a quote and every place was super expensive and couldn't fit me in for at least 2 weeks but then I called Fas-Break Glass and Cody was more than helpful and got us scheduled for the next day which is today.. they got it done faster than I expected and the customer service was top notch! Thank you Cody and Fas-Break for helping me and my lady because it was COLD 🥶 without a driver window. I will refer you guys to anyone I know that's in need of the services you guys provide! Highly satisfied customer right here!

Not impressed with this place at all. Made a appointment a week ago they said they had my back window glass in stock. Called the night before to see if it would be ok to show up first thing in the morning to get it installed Kevin said sure! Showed up for my appointment and was told they don't have my glass and will take 2 weeks to get in. First of all they could of called me and let me know they didn't have it before I showed up and I would of found a different place to go to. I scheduled my rental car around my appointment to get my car fixed. Now I have to turn my rental in and my window is still not fixed. Thank goodness econo glass could get me in on Tuesday. So not professional and do not recommend them at all.

Don't believe their "15 Minute Chip Repair, No Appointment Needed" sign. My wife took her lunch to drive 20 minutes from Huntley to hear from them that the equipment for chip repair was in Laurel and they couldn't fix it. My wife asked if she should call ahead next time, and the lady said "no, this never happens". We came back later that afternoon, at 4:45. Could they help us now? Nope, because they couldn't do the repair outside and the garage was full. They had two employees standing there smoking cigarettes who could have moved a car. Did they? Nope. "You'll have to come back tomorrow." Um... no we won't. (Also, we had gone by on a Saturday once, which they advertise as being open. They're not.)

I am so pleased that I did business with this company. I am from out of town, my car window was broken by vandals and I didn’t know who to go to for help. I didn’t feel that I could safely drive y car, my back was to the wall. This was the only company that advertised that they were open on Sat. I found the gentlemen to be clean, polite and professional. I thought the work that they did was superior in every way. I would do more business with this company without hesitation. I’d like to add that the price was extremely affordable.

This is the second window/glass repair I've needed in less than a year. I have been impressed with their service and pricing. My recent experience was for a sunroof glass replacement, a rock fell on it while driving down the interstate and I called everywhere in town and they had to order the glass. Fas-Break was able to find the glass and fix it the same day the accident happened and at a good price! Thanks guys for all the great work you do! Be careful here... the hours posted are not the hours they keep. I got left high and dry when I really needed the help. I had a rented car and needed a rock chip repair. I'd called for shop hours and was assured they were open, after driving across town, I found the posted hours indicated the shop should be open but the doors were locked. After calling the number again I was told they would be closed for the day. Don't get hung out there like I was simply chose another glass shop.

Only one star, because they actually replaced my windshield. I called and scheduled an appointment, was told of a specific time, showed up 5 minutes before and the employees all acted like they had no idea of my appt. They were all very rude, gossiping about the previous customers, and just extremely unprofessional... I was quoted at a certain price, and charged a completely different, more expensive price. It was just an all around disgusting environment.. not welcoming at all...

Had a rear window brake in one of my pick ups and needed a special order window to get it replaced ASAP. Fast brake auto glass ordered the window and had it delivered quickly and had it replaced in no time. Unfortunately, there was an issue with that window and I contacted them and they took care of it immediately.extremely happy with their customer service and will be utilizing them again. I also encourage you to consider them for your windshield and window replacement needs.
