Jason at Auto Glass Direct was an amazing help to us after the windshield and the 2 passenger side windows of our Ford truck were destroyed in a hail storm as we were towing our camper through Montana. The damage occurred on a Thursday afternoon and we diverted to Billings - the largest city nearby and were referred to Jason via connections to the Ford dealer. Jason was empathetic to our plight, recommended a hotel near the shop, so we could walk back to relax while the work was being done the next morning. He even recommended nearby restaurants! We were back on the road by early Friday afternoon - less than 24 hours after the hail storm. We are so thankful to Jason and the team at Auto Glass Direct of Billings, for the beautiful new windows, cleaning up the glass from the back seats and the nice thank you note signed by the whole team along with 2 bottles of water in our cup holders! Five Star service all around!

overall, pleasant experience... windshield seems great... we were happy to support local family business... thank you! for minor details, read on... there seems to be glass particles/fragments leftover on the dash... swiffer duster didn't remove the "glitter"... inside building, the waiting-area floor was kinda filthy, being allergic to dust was uncomfortable for me, personal problem, i know... wifi password required walking over to window (thru the dust bunnies), tiny print, instead of just saying it, or having it posted at check-in desk, which seemed awkward... for me, sitting there over an hour (not that they were slow), waiting, it was kinda hot and stuffy, then the air turned on, just when it was approaching unbearable... we had already spent $$$ to get O.E.M. windshield that wasn't covered by State Farm, so being told there was "no charge" at check out was... maybe... disingenuous, seeming, minor, inconsequential, but personally annoying to me... we will definitely use again, likely, so appreciate any remedies for future, if possible, etc. no worries, overall just "polish" might be possible, since we were asked for an honest review... thanks again for working with us! n.

Stephen came out to my work immediately and sealed a nasty rock chip that looked like it would not even be fixable as it was starting to spread. He sealed the chip in the parking lot, and I couldn’t even tell it had been chipped when he was done! Excellent prompt service at a reasonable rate. I will be recommending Bigfoot to all my friends!

Dave was amazing! We were on a cross country trip when a rock kicked up and hit the windshield on our Class A Winnebago. The windshield on this vehicle is like 5 feet by 8 feet. We called Dave’s Mobile Windshield Repair late on a Saturday and asked if he could take a look. We got a campsite for the night and he came out on Sunday morning and fixed it right up for us. The damage was about the size of a US nickel and looked like it could easily spider web across the entire glass. Dave made short work of it. He showed up early and actually fixed it before the time he said he would even be there! In the after photo, you can’t really even see it. There is a light grey dull dot where the huge chip used to be. Thanks Dave!

Where do I start? First time dealing with needing any kind of glass installed and unfortunately I needed a window installed on my driver door when the weather is in the negative and I called every glass installation business in Billings for a quote and every place was super expensive and couldn't fit me in for at least 2 weeks but then I called Fas-Break Glass and Cody was more than helpful and got us scheduled for the next day which is today.. they got it done faster than I expected and the customer service was top notch! Robert stepped up to the plate and acquired my windshield repair order when a co-worker didn't particularly want to drive 65 miles 7 miles south of Red Lodge in -18 below zero weather. Robert first communicated with me while he was in Billings and conveyed the approximate google maps time as to when he'd be arriving. After Robert arrived to the location with a heated garage, Robert discussed with me the repair process, even on a technical level when I asked him for clarification. Robert has served in the US military and for that, I'm sincerely grateful and appreciative of his selfless service to all of us. Robert was finished with the repair within 30 minutes. I asked him if his company provided a lunch for long distance service calls and he said no. If I was the owner of the company, I would make certain that anyone who has to devote their time to their boss on lengthy below zero days, should be treated to a nice company paid-for meal. It's the right thing to do and it boils down to principle. Lastly, I've had several windshield repairs in the past and Robert stood out to be the best of the best in this field of occupation. I even told him that I considered him to be the Blue Angles of that profession. I would wholeheartedly use and recommend Safelite autoglass repair to anyone who needs a windshield repair professional. Robert went above and beyond the call of duty to be kind, genuine, informative and efficient.
