overall, pleasant experience... windshield seems great... we were happy to support local family business... thank you! for minor details, read on... there seems to be glass particles/fragments leftover on the dash... swiffer duster didn't remove the "glitter"... inside building, the waiting-area floor was kinda filthy, being allergic to dust was uncomfortable for me, personal problem, i know... wifi password required walking over to window (thru the dust bunnies), tiny print, instead of just saying it, or having it posted at check-in desk, which seemed awkward... for me, sitting there over an hour (not that they were slow), waiting, it was kinda hot and stuffy, then the air turned on, just when it was approaching unbearable... we had already spent $$$ to get O.E.M. windshield that wasn't covered by State Farm, so being told there was "no charge" at check out was... maybe... disingenuous, seeming, minor, inconsequential, but personally annoying to me... we will definitely use again, likely, so appreciate any remedies for future, if possible, etc. no worries, overall just "polish" might be possible, since we were asked for an honest review... thanks again for working with us! n.

Glass Specialists have earned a customer for life. I had a disappointing experience trying to save money with a different company that led to a failed calibration in my windshield (which left errors all across my dashboard). I was referred to these guys by Honda and when I called was assured they could take care of me. Originally was told they would probably have to replace the new windshield/recalibrate but it ended up being something they were able to fix with my camera and saved me $500+ so I could keep the current windshield! I appreciate their honesty! They could’ve just stuck to the original plan of full replacement and put money in their pockets but they didn’t! They also have a great chip/replacement program. 10/10 recommend these guys!

Would recommend to anyone! Only had my new car for a couple months before encountering and rock chip that spread immediately after, sending a crack to half the window. Warranty work is always a hassle. But NOT with these guys! They took the pictures they needed, got it approved by the warranty company, and ordered it immediately! The windshield got in 3 days earlier than projected and had my car finished BEFORE my actual appointment time that day. These guys have the best customer service, and that’s hard to come by these days! Everything was clear and consistent on what was happening in the process of being fixed. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else! Supporting a local, family businesses is where it’s at! Thank you guys!

From the initial phone call to showing up early for my appointment, I was treated respectfully, with complete professionalism and overall like a valued customer even though it was my very first visit. The team got my truck in and out in record time, I was literally shocked. As I made my way to my truck, I noticed something on my dash. It was a thank you card signed by the team, a small bottled water and a $25 gift card for an auto detail. Although I know it's a marketing plan, I couldn't help but appreciate their efforts. Had my back window of my work truck replaced a couple weeks ago after it was broken into and had a great easy time getting it fixed with them. Today my window wouldnt roll back up, I took it back to them thinking something was wrong with the install but turns out the window regulator went out and I was pretty worried I'd have to be without my truck for a day but they had me outta here with a working window in literally no time. I'm very impressed and lastly the 2 guys up front were very friendly and cool to talk to. Think their names were john and maybe Travis. Thank you for the good and speedy work!

I am sure there are cheaper places to get my windshield, in fact I know there are, I tried them. But the service you get at Auto Glass Specialists is like no other! I know that they are doing the job right and my family will be safe. There is never any wind noises when I get a new windshield unlike some other places I've gone. That's one way I know it was installed right! They also leave my car cleaner than when I took it in! Everyone I've spoken to at this business seems to genuinely care about the work they do!
