Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

Killer quotes. Literally killing competition. Got my 2024 Volkswagen windows (three of them!) replaced at the same cost it would have taken to get just the windshield done at other places. Dont sleep, call them now. Oh and they vacuumed my SUV for free, just because. I didn't even have broken glass in there but they was like, Ahh heck why not? I was super happy, like they were tipping me to be a customer. Cool 😎

My windshield had a crack, and I thought I would need to drop off my car somewhere and have an expensive repair. But I was wrong! They came right to my house at a convenient time, replaced the windshield in 30 minutes (free entertainment for my kids!), and the cost was significantly lower than I thought it was going to be. I was very happy and would highly recommend!

You had to back order the glass. You wanted me to wait 12 days from the day I first contacted you for the glass. I could not have my car.put of service for that long. Contacted Glass Now and they replaced the windows within a few hours. Service people at Atlassian America were pleasant, but this is not enough. I needed much quicker service.

Mike was AMAZING and such a pleasure to speak with! He took his time to do the install correctly and to make sure to let me know the instructions once the installation was done. With customer service like that I will be back and will referral my friends and family to Auto Glass St. Louis! Thank for a great first time experience!

Lamar came out to my work and replaced my windshield in less than 30 minutes ! He was very knowledgeable, polite, and willing to answer any questions. I would recommend this company for anyone needing a windshield repair or replacement with professional and great customer service!

The repair was excellent. Front Driver side glass repair and car seems quieter now than before. Only concern was the wrong glass pane ordered causing a delay to the next day. They got me in early so I didn’t have to take off work a second day. They were very nice about it.

They were a no show for my appointment. Every time I called they would say I was the next customer and then another hour would go by without my car being serviced. Very unprofessional. I wasted half of my day waiting for them.

Excellent Service. Coffee in waiting room. I was in early and out before the 2 hours that was quoted. Even had coffee in waiting room and a clean restroom. Plus put a rear windshield wiper on free of charge ...Outstanding!

We had our back window bust from a hail storm and the guys at Glass America were will to come in on their day off and get us back on the road. We are so thankful and could not recommend them enough.

the woman that answered the phone didn't want to run through what seemed to me a pretty short list of questions to make a sale, she literally said "its just too many questions for me". shameful work
