Where do I start? These guys are nothing short of amazing! Started with them being the only company that could find the glass for my car that had gotten broken into, mind you the temps are freezing in STL - so needed replaced badly! They couldn't find it locally so they offered to drive and pickup my replacement glass for me, and cross verified the part number to ensure it was the correct glass (previously had a company come out the day before to replace but they brung the wrong glass)!! Moments before I pulled up to their location, managed to hit one pot hole that blew my brand new tire... these guys immediately offered me solutions to keep me on the road - from trying to get their neighboring tire business to fix or replace my tire! Ended up just going with my spare, but they put it on for me & aired it up - for NO EXTRA charge.. car was finished, I paid, and told them how much I appreciate them for turning my day around... went out to start car and it wouldn't start... turns out now I need a starter, but these guys immediately came out to jump my car! Craziest part - they were now closed!! Still didn't hesitate! Very genuine group of guys here, just wanting to help people! Thank you guys again, really made my day! I'd recommend this shop to anyone!

After about 20 years, the adhesive for the rubber around my windshield was losing it's grip. I stopped in to see what they could do to fix it. Tech said the best solution was to replace the. Windshield as the rubber seal goes on the glass and the is installed on the vehicle. Second is to remove the old windshield mount a new rubber seal and reinstall it. High risk of cracking the old glass(15+ years old). Third, he could try tucking the rubber seal back in, as it wasn't leaking and run a bead of adhesive around under it. I went with option 3 for now. They refused payment as they couldn't guarantee the repair. Well if it needs further work, they're still the company I'm going to. Service was great, prompt, open and honest, even informed me as to the fact it wasn't the original glass but a replacement done long ago.

First they said they were goin to come fix my windshield on a Wednesday, they told me between 12 and 3 well come 3pm nobody called or showed up so I called them. He said I'm on the schedule be patient . So around 6 pm I Called and he said he was sorry the man wasn't goin to make it and he would call me in the am to see about him coming then. Around 11 am nobody called so I called him he said his technician wasn't there yet and he should be anytime . I waited until 130 pm and called back , he said he was not there yet and I asked why once again he didn't at least call me. The man proceeded to tell me that he already apologized yesterday and he wasn't goin to apologize again . I said that was aweful business etiquette and I was taking my business elsewhere. Very rude And I would not recommend them

I recently needed the gasket on the front windshield of my 2001 Expedition replaced. Their prices were reasonable, they were upfront about prices if the window did or didn't break when they pulled it. During the process they sent me photos due to the amount of rust and damage that had happened around the frame due to a manf. defect leak. He then called to explain what they would need to do to get it fixed. I can't thank their team enough. We have had tons of rain since they fixed it and my vehicle had electrical problems due to the leak. Zero problems since they fixed it. Beyond just replacing my gasket and window. Will be a returning customer hands down and will recommend them to anyone in need of these services. Thanks again!

Looked online for glass repair and this wonderful hidden gem came up. As you can see from other reviews the price is unbeatable, the guys are really nice, and let you know ahead of time what they can and can't get done. Glass repair (from further research after too) does not always make the crack go away, they let us know ours was a double crack right next to each other. Much of the spidering is gone but 2 small blemishes are still there. So, if you want to keep your vehicle for a while then do a repair but if you are trying to sell your car just do the replacement of the window. They have great prices in either situation. When I need to sell my car, I will be back for the replacement!ServicesAuto windshield repair

I got my window broken on Thursday night and by the time I saw that it was Friday afternoon already. I was starting to look for places that can fix it for me but all the places were fully booked and didn’t work the weekends and I needed a place that can fix it asap. Someone I know recommended me on them so I called them and we agreed I’ll drop the car this morning (Monday). They said it will be fixed by tomorrow but few hours later they already called me to come pick up my car. The window looks great, tinted like all the other ones and goes up and down with no problems. The price was also very good and I’m glad I chose them to fix my car’s window. I’ll definitely recommend them to my friends.

What a great glass shop! My wife got a pretty good chip and the weather was about to drop 50 degrees, so I envisioned a fully split windshield by the morning. After calling several shops and told no to walk-ins, the nice guys at Broadway told me to swing by and lunch and they'd have me fixed up in 15 mins. Nice guys, and a VERY high quality repair. I've had chips fixed in the past, and while they were indeed fixed, the chip was quite visible. Broadway's repair made the chip almost invisible. Pricing was great too. I told them not to be offended if I didn't want to see them again soon (a joke lol)...but will 100% go back for any auto glass needs.ServicesAuto windshield repair

My adult daughter had her car broken into. I called our insurance company’s preferred provider and they wanted $400 for a side passenger window. I looked at Broadway Auto Glass reviews, saw that they had saved over $100. I called them up they ordered the window. The next day my daughter went in and was back out within an hour. They not only saved me over $100 they also cleaned out the broken glass and aired up her tires!!! She’s not very mechanical, but we are both very happy!!! Thank you Broadway Auto Glass!!! Fantastic service and great prices!!! Highly recommend these folks!!!

This is the place to go if you have a classic car! They were able to replace the leaking windshield and rear window gaskets on a 1979 Mercedes w123 that uses the 'rope in' type seals. This is not an easy job, especially as new gaskets don't fit as well as the original MB design. I will be using them for all of my other cars as well from now on based on their expertise in this!!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesInstallation, Auto windshield leak repair, Auto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement
