A&L Auto Glass

The tech guys just left and did an incredible and quick job. I appreciated their professionalism and kindness to my little nephew I’m raising, making him feel like he was a helper. That means a lot to me. I called yesterday to get a quote and they were at my door about 9:30 am today. Amazing. Cheaper than a local glass company quoted me and I’d have to take my car in and cheaper than Safelite, which couldn’t get me in for two weeks. Multiple ways to pay, convenient, super nice, supporting small business, what more could you want?

I had my windshield replaced by this company over a week ago. The workmanship is shoddy @ best. The whole drivers side corner isn't flush where the rubber meets the windshield. They also didn't replace the cover over the wiring for my back up camera. I contacted them & he said he would come the nxt day & fix it. I told him he could wait until the end of the wk if it would be easier to schedule in. I'm also a small buisness. He said he'd be here fri. I message him Fri at 11:30 asking for an ETA, no response. Although I saw he clicked on the message on messenger. Finally at nearly 5 pm I message him & I said that I guess he's blowing me off and he was defensive & said he's got a truck dwn & I said well he could've communicated that to me & if the job was done correctly we wouldn't even be where we are now. No more responses for days, I messaged him again he says he'll get bck to me after church yesterday. I've not heard from him. Save yourself a lot or aggravation & use a different company. I find it very hard to believe that they'll honor their guarantee when I can't even get them out to finish the job they didn't do correctly. Now I'm going to have to have someone else fix the shoddy & careless workmanship. I have had an air leak in the windshield now for months he said he was going to make good on it after I threatened to sue him. Were moving out of state or i would indeed be suing him. He never showed up. This man is a horrible buisness owner & a sexist. I honestly feel by his responses to me had I been a man I wouldn't be in this situation. Also his response is a lie he never said one word to me about sun damage or in anyway I Implied he wouldn't be able to do the job properly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they had to put two different windshields in my truck and it still wasn’t fixed the first time they said they could fix a chip the next day my windshield was cracked every which way. OK well maybe it was worse so they say they will subtract the cost of the chip repair from the cost of a new windshield. Good ? Well no the windshield was more expensive and lower quality than other glass shops and the rear view mirror fell off before the tech left. So the owner shows up and glues the bracket on one week later I go to leave in my truck and the rear view mirror is hanging by the wires! I call them and they set up a time later the following week and install a different windshield in my truck. They break the windshield and have glass all over my 2019 F350 Lariat Limited. They also through away the trim for the windshield as well as damaged the rain sensor for the windshield wipers. I have since tried to reach out to them getting all the excuses. They finally scheduled an appointment to fix my issues and then never showed up even when I told them I would have to take off work. This is a pore excuse for a company and really hope people read this so they do not put themselves in the situation I had to deal with! Just skip the A&L auto glass line and use someone who actually has an office and a reputable reputation.

I wasn’t going to leave a review because reviews have a big impact on small businesses, but things just keep getting worse. I’ll say this - my windshield was replaced and it is functional. The process of getting there was painful though. I had an appointment with them, waited around all morning because I was told “anytime before 12,” and they no showed. I emailed and asked if they were coming around 1 PM, and was told someone called in so no one was coming. I said I get that things happen, but communicating that would’ve been nice because I spent half my day off work waiting at home for them. So I rescheduled for a week later. They arrived an hour late. Windshield got replaced, technicians were very nice. I get in my car later that day and realize they took a chunk out of my steering wheel while they were working. I was never told this happened. I called A&L and talked to Larry (the owner himself) about the damage to my steering wheel. He said he would call or text me back after he talked to the technicians. I have yet to receive any call or text from him. At this point I’m not interested. If you use this company, your windshield will be exchanged, but you’ll spend 2 days waiting around for them and the communication is equivalent to a shitty situationship that you wonder why you wasted your life on.

They come on a Saturday to my home. The agreement was early morning. Did not show up till around 3. Then we're seen beating on the glass to make it fit. Fit home around 5 and immediately noticed a cracked windshield. Contacted company and sent picture, was told they would come out again on Thursday to fix it. Was told again early morning hours. I contacted company again around 130 asking where they were at. They never communicated to me that they had to switch the schedule around. Then never showed up at all. Then again contacted company to be told Friday morning first thing. Now it's a tech was late to work, and had to move the schedule around again. Guess what I'm still waiting for my windshield. This company is not very professional at all.! Bad workmanship and professionalism! I don't recommend this company to anyone!

I had A&L auto Glass come out because Safelite was so expensive to have my windshield changed that we couldn't afford it called these guys they came out changed two windshields for half the price Safelite wanted just for my windshield the techs were very professional and polite they know customer service and when they could not get to me when they scheduled they took care of me and after all was said and done we didn't need to spend the extra money to reset or calibrate our lane assist system it works as it did before saving me much more money i don't know I like family owned and they just know how to take care of their customers . I will most definitely recommend these guys to anyone I know. I appreciate what they do and I wanna give them props I can't see enough about these guys .

Had this company come out to do a windshield repair. They did the repair and I was happy with the service till I noticed they completely ruined my windshield wiper, and not just the wiper they snapped the bolt right off the blade,next day I use the wipers and I noticed the windshield cracked once again, they are avoiding me saying they will come out on this day and that day never comes, I’ve been waiting for weeks now and nobody has came out, they are refusing to fix the damages they made, i will be taking legal action, and to anybody thinking to use this company shoot me a message on Facebook and ill be happy to show you what they did and messages from them as well, stay clear from these guys

I recently had to replace my windshield and decided to go with A & L Auto Glass. Il was extremely impressed with their service and the quality of work. The process was quick and efficient. Larry and his technician were professional and friendly. Once the replacement was completed, I was amazed at how flawless the new windshield looked. It was perfectly installed. In terms of pricing, I found A & L Auto Glass to be very competitive. Overall, my experience with A & L Auto was excellent. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of windshield or other glass replacement. They truly exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning for any future auto glass needs.

Don’t spend your money here!! At first all seemed great. He was able to do my appointment same-day and was kind and professional. Then it rained 2 days later and the windshield wasn’t sealed so I had water all over the cab of my truck. I called and left cordial voice messages EVERY DAY, asking him if he can check the seal for safety since I have plans to drive across 5 states. No answer, no response. Here I am a week after installation with my messages ignored and a pool of water in my center console. This pond scum ripped me off!
