Clear Images Auto Glass

Clear Images was $80 cheaper than 3 competitors to replace my windshield. The job took 30 minutes and I was happy to support a locally owned business. Their communication/planning could be better, but I'm not docking any stars considering the job was done well, the price was good, and I was flexible. For communication, they said they would come out on Wednesday, and would call me in the morning to let me know what time. I received no call, so I called them at noon and was told the driver would call back soon. Again, no call. Instead they called Thursday morning saying they'd come out some time today, but did not know what time. They called again when they were on the way over. As a customer, I want to know when to expect the crew so I can plan my day around it, such as running errands, etc. They were courteous and professional during all interactions, so this complaint is only about keeping the customer adequately informed.

This was the greatest car Window repair experience I ever had in my life. my passenger side window regulator on my van failed . Found them randomly on Google Called them up they kindly answered All my questions I got their I waited in A extremely clean waiting room area ( like 5 star hotel clean ) The Waiting area had the most comfortable couch sectional thing I ever sat on they While I waited in there waiting room/spa they Fix my window very quickly Quoted me a really reasonable service rate. The whole staff is really nice and chill . I will be going here form now for window repair issues.

Called about windshields for our shop vehicles 2022 Ford F250, 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 and 2024 Western Star Dump truck. I talked to Harley on the phone he was very professional about the entire situation. They had the glass in stock and was at our company very quickly. The 2 installers who came, blew my mind with how respectful and fast they were. Same Day service was amazing considering no one in town could do it for 72 hours. Hands down the best company i have every delt with in my life. We will be repeating business with them again soon!

After our last hail storm we had 6 Mixers, 8 contractor trucks and a Front loader with damaged windshields. I called all over town and people were 7+ days out from getting to us. I gave clear image a shot and it was amazing. Great service, very professional and speedy quick. Harley got his crew out to me the next day and got our entire fleet back on the road. He even custom cut new windshield for our John Deer front loader that was on 16 month backorder thru the local dealer. I highly recommend this company

We had a horrible storm come through and unfortunately I had a tree fall on my car. They made the absolute best out of a horrible situation. I couldn't believe how amazing they did and how fast and easy they were to work with. I will NEVER go anywhere else again. They are the best of the best!

Very Professional & made things easy. I called to get a windshield quote and installed on my chevy Cruze. They had the lowest prices in town, same day service with on site replacement mobile installation. They came to my work in O’Fallon Missouri and knocked it out for me! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended for window replacement. They had me scheduled within a day and came to my home to replace my windshield. They gave me the best quote out there and got it replaced within less than an hour. They were professional and quick. I appreciate it!

Wow, from smashed window to initial call to me driving home with a new window was 7 hours. Lightning fast response and very happy with cost and service too. Highly recommend. Shout out to the whole team as the new window withstood today's hail and tornado!
