I called SOS at 8am on a Monday to repair a chip in my windshield and was quoted a very reasonable price for repair the following day. First thing the next morning, Austin came to my work (literally no inconvenience for me), called when he arrived, and promptly repaired the chip- which looks great now! Both he and the person who took the initial call took their time explaining the process to me and were very kind and courteous. Cannot say enough about how wonderful SOS Glass was replacing my windshield. When I first called they got me in for the next day, but upon reviewing the stock in St. Louis Julie saw that all available windshields had scratches and she refused to install sub-par glass. They called multiple markets and got a piece delivered just a few days later and reserved the first morning spot for me. Julie was a dream to work with and was communicative and honest throughout the process. Austin did a great job with the install and it could not have been easier. I hope I never need to replace another window, but if I do I know exactly who I am calling. SOS Auto Glass and Calibration has come through again. My driver side window was making a loud noise when I tried to roll it down. This is the same window that SOS fixed 2 weeks earlier; although this was a new problem. Allen Wood came out right as scheduled and was very nice. He took the door panel off and quickly identified the cause for the noise . He then was able to show me that a bracket that held the left side of the window in place was bent. This was a new issue not related to the parts replaced two weeks ago. He also checked the motor and regulator that SOS had replaced to ensure that it was still working properly and was not the reason for this new noise. He made some adjustments to this bracket which stopped the noise. He did not charge me for the service call. I really appreciate this company's attention to customer service.

I had an excellent experience with SOS Auto Glass and Calibration. Hail shattered my windshield during the recent hail and tornado that hit St. Louis on May 16. My car dealer’s windshields for my make and model were back ordered indefinitely. My car tags expire May 31st and my car would not pass safety inspection with a shattered windshield. I spoke with SOS on May 28 and their team member Austin located a windshield and arrived at our home the very next morning, today, at 7 AM and replaced my windshield within 45 minutes. He has a number of years experience and it showed. He was very professional and efficient and did a beautiful job. Also, he was a very nice guy. So this afternoon with the new windshield, my car passed inspection and I renewed the tags just under the wire. SOS Glass and Austin saved us. Thanks!

SOS Auto Glass did a great job fixing a chip in my Jeep's windshield. They answered the phone quickly and where able to work around my meetings to get a tech scheduled. The tech called before arriving, was very friendly and he fixed the chip fast which allowed me to get back to my day. I had another company replace my windshield that was broken on my jeep and it was not a very good job. So I called a couple jeep dealerships and they suggested SOS. They replaced my windshield, cleaned up the sticky mess left from the previous company and it looks perfect. It does not leak and I could not be more happy! The technician Dan did a wonderful job. So, I’ve try to pass safety inspection, but my mechanic said, I have to replace a cracked windshield on my vehicle. I called To SOS, lady on the phone was really nice, asked my home address, and specialist showed up in one hour, it took 45 mins to replace a windshield. Called yesterday to get a driver side window replaced the girl at the front desk found me the window and said they can install the next day in the morning. Gentleman that got here to replace the window was super cool positive attitude and work very quickly with a very clean job thank you guys for your hard work will be calling you for future work!! Oh and came to my customers house to do the work!!

Jacob from SOS Auto Glass was extremely friendly, competent, and timely. Service scheduling was weeks quicker than the competitors, it costs half the price of competitors, and is high quality work.
