I called SOS at 8am on a Monday to repair a chip in my windshield and was quoted a very reasonable price for repair the following day. First thing the next morning, Austin came to my work (literally no inconvenience for me), called when he arrived, and promptly repaired the chip- which looks great now! Both he and the person who took the initial call took their time explaining the process to me and were very kind and courteous.
