Autoglass and Tire Express

We were coming across country when a hawk flew into our windshield and on a national holiday!!!! We could not drive our car and our insurance company said it would be a few days before we could get a windshield and be back on the road. We called everyone in the area and got the same story, even these guys initially told us that they would have to order the glass from their main distributor and would be a couple of days. When we told them our situation theses guys went over and above any expectations and actually found a windshield, drove over 2 hrs away to get it, had us drive our car to the shop and Bob stayed up that night and had our car repaired and called me at 8 AM telling me we could get on the road ASAP as he did all the work and left my car inside to cure.There is not many companies that would be so generous in time and effort for anyone, especially just passing through. They are the best hearted folks I have had the pleasure of dealing with ever!!!

Based on past experience with this business we took our daughters car here. This is at least the 3rd windshield I have had replaced here for different vehicles. Not only were they now $50 more than another place, when asked why they were higher than another business on Shifferdecker, they said "no one takes their good cars there, the dealers bring their nice cars to us". OK my daughters car is older but that doesn't mean you leave the windshield trimmings on the floor AND charge a premium rate. I'll NOT patronize Autoglass Outlook again in the future.

Do not go to place!! I took my van to get a windshield replaced, and they let my battery run completely out of power, doing I don't know now what,and now my battery won't hold a charge anymore and they refuse to replace it!! It was FINE when I took it in and now on top of the $200 to I have them for the window, I now have to spend another $100 on a battery or I can't get back and forth to work! Screw these guys!!

I called around town for a new windshield. They had the lowest price. I was pleased with the customer service they provided and how quickly my windshield was changed and I was out the door! They have a clean facility for customers to wait and offer coffee, tea, water and hot chocolate. If I need anything going forward, this will be my first call!

My new windshield looks great, and the installation took less than an hour, like they said it would. But they left the interior of my car an absolute mess. Dirt or something all over my dashboard, steering wheel, console, and floorboards. Very disappointing, especially since I had just had my car professionally detailed less than a week prior.

Friendly, quick and affordable service. We showed up late in the day with a shattered passenger window. He set an appt for next day but pulled it into the garage and vacuumed up the shattered glass so we could drive home. Took thirty minutes to put the new window in the next day. Highly recommend them for your auto glass needs.

The team at Autoglass outlet were super. I had an appointment to have my windshield replaced within 24 hours of contacting them, installation was completed ahead of schedule and the price was cheaper than several other quotes that I had received. Overall I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I really recomend Autoglass.One day I just stopped and I asked for an estimate for a windshield and the next day they were already placing it, it was the place with the lowest cost and excellent service, fast and they were very friendly. Not only did they fix the chip in my daughters windshield quickly. We could barely tell that it had even happened. We also had to get her tire repaired. That was handled and we weren’t sold anything we didn’t need. Great place. Very honest. Come see them before anyone else on the east side of town!!!

These guys are awesome! I set up me appointment for my hour lunch break. The first to replace my windshield and the second to get a tint strip back onto the windshield. Both times I got back to work on time! I recommend these guys to everybody! Super friendly, super quick, and great prices!!!
