This is a great local business run by great people. I called to see about a windshield replacement, and the man on the phone was very quick looking to see what windshield he would need to replace mine and promptly got me a quote. I was very pleased with the price. It was better than just competitive with some of the other glass replacement establishments in town. He told me he would have to order the windshield, but he was still able go get me in the next day! From the moment I arrived to the time I left was roughly a half an hour. The whole process was very smooth. One thing is for sure, I will be exclusively using Anderson Auto Glass for all of my auto glass needs. We were coming across country when a hawk flew into our windshield and on a national holiday!!!! We could not drive our car and our insurance company said it would be a few days before we could get a windshield and be back on the road. We called everyone in the area and got the same story, even these guys initially told us that they would have to order the glass from their main distributor and would be a couple of days. When we told them our situation theses guys went over and above any expectations and actually found a windshield, drove over 2 hrs away to get it, had us drive our car to the shop and Bob stayed up that night and had our car repaired and called me at 8 AM telling me we could get on the road ASAP as he did all the work and left my car inside to cure.There is not many companies that would be so generous in time and effort for anyone, especially just passing through. They are the best hearted folks I have had the pleasure of dealing with ever!!!

Very easy to schedule a time for them to come to me and replace my cars back glass. Excellent communication with the technician the day he was arriving, I knew when he was on the way and when he arrived. I wasn't expected to be right there as he was working as long as I was available but phone and I left the keys for him. He vacuumed the broken glass out of the back seat and even the trunk. He vacuumed longer than I ever have making certain all the glass was cleared. He called when he was done telling me when it was safe to drive my car and even texted the next day to make certain any leftover tape had come off on its own as expected. I was told to expect up to two hours for the replacement and he was done in 45 minutes. I'm an hour away from their shop so them coming that distance to me with no extra charge, there was no question I was scheduling Safelite for my glass replacement. Thank you Safelite!
