I had scheduled a replacement of my windshield on my company vehicle, I was told they would be at my home between eight and 12. I took the day off and planned accordingly. I had not heard from them and so I called at 12:30 PM. I was told my tech was on his way. at 4:30 PM. I reached out again. And they told me that my appointment had been canceled. When I asked why this was. They told me that the tech had came to my home and rang my doorbell. It was stated that Someone came back on the ring doorbell and replied that they were to leave. I have three ring cameras and a ring doorbell on my home. I was home the entire day. I explained to the gentleman on the phone at the Waite Park location that no one had been to my home, and that they were mistaken, He argued with me, and said I was wrong, and that I also did not answer my phone when the tech called. I shared with him that I had contacted Safelite prior to the appointment and twice the day of the appointment. Each time I verified that they had my phone number and not my office number. Yet when I asked which number they called. I was told the tech called the main office number. I shared my frustration with the gentleman on the phone. And he seemed to not really care. I told him I would find another glass service. He told me that was fine and that there were plenty others who provided those services and he was fine with that. I reached out to Twin City auto glass. They came out several days later I was scheduled between eight and twelve am. They arrived at my home at 10 minutes after eight and we’re done by 10 AM. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend Twin City auto glass.NegativeProfessionalism

This 5 star review goes out to the tech helping me and doing the work (guy with a fairly big beard). Wish I could give the manager a separate one star review though. I was in there 9/24 to have my windshield replaced. It was taking longer than quoted, the tech very nicely and professionally came and explained he was there all by himself as his co worker and manager left to do something. This poor guy was trying to work on 4 different repairs while having about a dozen different people walk in off the street to ask some rather stupid questions. Every time he would stop working, come into the office, very nicely and professionally help address their concerns, then basically literally run back to the shop to try to get something done before the next person came in. He said very respectful to every person that came in even though I'm sure he was beyond frustrated because he couldn't be getting the work done. The manager got back and essentially called out this poor guy Infront of all of the customers asking why my car was taking so long. I'm pretty sure this guy wanted to say a hell of a lot more but just replied with it would have been a lot nicer to have someone in the office helping customers. The management set this guy up to have no chance in hell at getting much done, then chastised him in front of customers. Kudos to the tech, to the manager I think you really ought to apologize to that tech, dude was trying his 110% best...he was never set up for success though.

We had our windshield replaced a couple weeks ago on our 21 Palisade. We dropped our car off and went to have an early dinner. 45 minutes later they call amd said it's done. That was great since they estimated 3 hours. We walked back to find shards of glass all over the hood, dash and other interior parts of the car. The mirror wasn't clipped on right and I had greasy finger prints up my light interior near the windshield. I went in and told the office lady this and she relays the message off to a tech. A tech walks out with paper towels and glass cleaner, wiped the shards off of my dash into my vents... then asks if there's anything else he can do to make me happy... ah ya, pay for a detail, thanks. Can't do that so I go on with my day. My clothes end up with glass shards in them. The next day I'm driving and go to use my wipers and only my passenger side wiper was working. Turns out they never tightened the bolt on them, thanks to my husband for fixing that... I got calls/emails for a survey, left my survey and said they'd be in contact with me about my poor ratings. I have yet to hear from anyone... IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

They are the worst company to deal with and shouldn’t be in business. I would recommend anyone to look for else where. My glass was broken and I had to wait their services for one day. They won’t tell you when they will arrive and expect you to be there at anytime. Fast forward this dude called me on his way and when I got there he left . I called him to find out where he was at and he immediately said, I was waiting for you 20 minutes which was lie and he left. I was at my vehicle the whole time. I wish I could rate this company zero . Don’t waste your time and money on them. It’s better you go somewhere else where you feel treated better. Their customer service is horrible. Worst experience I ever encountered with them and I will never ever contact them again for any help.

I would personally recommend Safelite for anybody that needs AutoGlass work done. Ben was the name of the technician that changed my windshield. My windshield was shattered all the way through from a tree limb and he was able to remove it all and put the new one in without damaging anything in the process. He was very professional, he had also been dealing with an injury, still showed up with a great attitude, he answered any questions I had, was very honest, got the job done and a very timely manner and made it look easy. Ben was a great guy to deal with all the way around. I will definitely use Safelite again. If you're anywhere around the St. Cloud area and use Safelite I personally recommend Ben to be the guy to work on your Auto Glass. Thanks again Safelite.

I recently had a very odd windshield problem after a car wash removed the seal of my windshield. I wasn’t sure what to do, how to fix it, or how to even describe the problem to someone on the phone. So, I drove my car to Safelite AutoGlass to physically show them the damage and have them assess it. Not only did the Safelite AutoGlass assess the damage on the spot without an appointment, but they also fixed it IMMEDIATELY for an exceptionally good price— like, *EXCEPTIONALLY* good. I pulled into the parking lot with the intentions of getting the damage assessed, and I left with the damage completely repaired. These folks are above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone looking for windshield repairs, regardless of how odd the damage might be :-)

We were traveling from CA to Maine when, near Waite Park, MN, a truck threw a rock at our motorhome windshield, causing 3x 4” oval break. We stopped at the Safelite store, and they couldn’t have been kinder , more professional, or efficient. They stated that it might take at least a week to get a replacement in, and we wanted to keep going on our trip. So they (Barry?) gave us a temporary repair with latex and adhesive and we went on our way. They also put all of our info into the Safelite site and when we get to our destination they can have our windshield ready for installation. They didn’t even charge us for the repair. This place is great!PositiveProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield repair

Had my windshield replaced after their bad install, yet another bad install…4 days later, not driven, sitting in my garage I got a stress crack! 4 days!!!!!! Called them, they said it’s covered under warranty and would replace it free. Came to my home, tried telling me it was my fault and wouldn’t do it unless I paid for it with a claim through my insurance! car never driven! Bullshit service! Then I called and was left on hold for 20 mins!!!! I hung up! Never again will I use Safelite or recommend to anyone! Stay far away! They also damaged my 2023 Challenger windshield trim with excessive glue and pulled it away from my car!!! Unbelievably poor service!!!! This is a huge insurance scam!!!!

Had my windshield replaced in January this year. I got home the other day and one of the seals had come loose. I called Safelite customer service expecting to get the run around but boy was I wrong. The customer service rep I spoke with in the warranty department, June, was very helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience. The technician that showed up the next day, Christopher, did an excellent job. He explained what had happened with the previous install and how he was going to remedy the problem. In roughly 24 hours from the time I called, everything was fixed. All I can say is, excellent customer service from start to finish. Great Job!

Hello I just want to say I was very happy with my service from (Technician Name) Alexander, ( Technician ID) 5158-348. He kept in touch with me when he would be to me to do the service. He did all his steps he's suppose to do right in order step by step and took his time doing it so it was done the right way he made sure to cover all the seats in the car also. He was very respectful, he cleaned all his mess up as soon as he was done I didn't have to pick nothing up after him. This guy deserve a nice big raise or something hes a hard worker. He's a keeper to keep around. Thank you so much for your service.
