Safelite AutoGlass

This was my second time for a new windshield at this Safelite location. I returned here because my first visit was literally excellent. This experience reminded me of the first time I was here last year. I am making this review becasue it was such a good experience. For the record, I prefer to be in the shop versus my driveway for my glass repairs, and the shop was excellent. They literally started at the 2pm appointment time. My tech 'went a little bit extra' to prime/paint a rusty spot on the windshield frame before installing my new windshield. Thanks folks!

I booked an appt for my windshield to be replaced. It wasn't cracked or broken, but the previous owner put in too small of a windshield literally on top of broken glass.it leaked water when it rained and was horrible. My experience with Safelite was a real pleasure! Dustin and (I'm sorry I forgot your name) called me every step of the way. My car needed a special windshield apparently and the guys stayed almost 2 hours past closing time to got the warehouse and get it done for me. Thank you very much for your time!

First work auto/glass tech did good job my windshield replacement was good satisfied. My frustration is the person (safelite corporate?) Over scheduling! Even though I dropped my car off at 8:30a but my car was not done till 5:45pm (shop normally closes 5pm). I was told when I got back to shop at 4:46pm n car not done they had been over scheduled & slammed busy all day, Sorry.

Great Customer Service! I needed a rear passenger window fixed from a giant spiderweb glass crack Replaced glass then NEW glass immediately cracked. Handled my glass, new glass crack, all seamlessly. In and out quick service for final perfect replacement. Thank you guys! They also communicate the whole time!
