City Auto Glass

Love these guys! My back window shattered on my van, so I called to set up a time with City Auto Glass to have them fix it. I had used them a few years back to have my windshield replaced and had a pleasant experience then, so it was a no brainer to call them again. This time was even better! The lady I spoke with (Kelly, I believe) was so very kind and helpful. She made the whole process very smooth, called the claims department to get the claim started and did her best to schedule me ASAP. The gentleman (Ben?) that came to install the window was at my house the very next day at 8:30am and was very friendly and professional. My window was fixed within less than 20 hours of it breaking! All around an amazing experience. I wil HIGHLY recommend City Auto Glass to anyone that ever needs glass replaced! Thank you!!

City Auto Glass took care of my windshield replacement on my Cadillac ATS. They had me bring my vehicle into the shop for the repair since there was a possibility of cold weather. They claimed the replacement would take about an hour to complete. The replacement only ended up taking 45 minutes and I was able to sit inside in their warm waiting area while the repairs were taking place. They even took the time to move my oil change note from my old windshield to my new one. Been driving with the new windshield for a couple weeks and so far so good! I showed up on time for my appointment and nobody was there to help me. I waited in the lobby and nobody was around at all. It was like a ghot town. I did notice lots of customer car keys that were not locked up by any means and sitting on a desk that could have been stolen along with the car very easily. Thats a big concern. I dont think i would leave my car here after seeing that. And they actually called me 30mins later to see if i was going to show up for my appointment, that was entertaining. If you're not going to show up for a job on time, then dont ask me to set up an appointment or call me later. Dont waste my time.

My windshield was chipped and had a 22" crack. I called my insurance company and they recommended City auto glass. My insurance contacted them for me. City Auto Glass called me that day and set up an appointment for a replacement the next day. They gave me a time frame that they would be there and they were. They came to my work place and got it done before I had to leave. I was very happy with the polite and professional service I received. Originally I had my windshield replaced and I sent a complaint that wasn't answered for a couple few weeks in which I cleaned up the debris that was left from the install. I asked for City Auto to look at the damage on my dash that appeared after they installed my windshield. I didn't want them to replace the dash as that could cause more problems. I wanted them to be accountable, to own the damage, if something was dropped. I haven't heard one way, or another, and don't expect to at this point.

I had the best experience with Tammy over the phone, I had never in my life spoken to a more helpful person! I chose city auto glass because of Tammy, I had been shopping around and everyone was just business but Tammy took her time to speak to me and even called my insurance to see why they weren't covering my windshield replacement. Very fast service. I got an appointment in two days. The person over the phone contacted my insurance and had a three way conversation and everything was set. The installer is very professional and had done a great job on replacing my front windshield. I was curious on how he took off the rear view mirror and he even showed me how to do it. City Auto Glass was amazing. On Dec 12, my car had the back window break for no reason. I called my insurance and they put me in contact with CAG. Dyanna helped me with everything and was able to get the window installed DEC 13th. The installers were here first thing in the morning, took only 45 minutes to install the window, and my wife drove the car to work. Thank you for the prompt turn around and easy service.

Called in and spoke with Jennifer and I must say I have never had someone who made any process with insurance feel like it’s going smoothly! She was helpful, informative, and incredibly nice. Went into the shop this morning and the guys there were all helpful. My windshield originally had a chip in it then overnight cracked and they were able to get me in within a day! Highly recommend!

The installer called when he arrived at my workplace, so we chatted a bit before he started. He called when he was done and I was able to meet with him in the parking lot to get further instructions on what to do and what not to do with this new glass. Very nice , polite and easy to understand young man. Good job making sure I knew what to do. Great experience. Thank you.
