Given all the good reviews maybe I just had an isolated bad experience but here it goes. I had my windshield broken by a rock, had West Bend send my claim to TC Auto Glass and they allegedly never received it. I have West Bend resend it and include me in the email so I know they sent it and yet TC Auto Glass still had trouble finding it. Finally they find it and say oh we called and left you a voicemail about a week back on this. No voicemail was ever received. Next they say when the glass comes in we will call to schedule an appointment. Two weeks go by and I call them back inquiring about the glass, first they say they can't find my claim anywhere based off my name or phone number. I ask them to see if they can find the email in their claims email since clearly they received it and after a huge sign and arguing Kim says she'll look through the email and sure enough she finds the claim. She says it's under me and my girlfriend's name and that's why she couldn't find it (we have a joint policy). I inform her that my full name is on the policy and based on TC Auto Glass having called me prior they should have my number in the system which according to Kim, they did not. Once Kim finally finds the claim she says oh the glass is on backorder. I ask how long they're thinking it might be and true to her form she condescendingly informs me "well it's on backorder so obviously there's no ETA." I asked if this was a national issue or if another company would be able to get their hands on the OEM glass and she's says it's a national backorder. I called Safelite and they said they'd be out in three days to change out my windshield with OEM. Hope this review helps save someone some frustration in the future. And god Almighty avoid Kim at all costs, extremely grouchy wind bag that takes zero pride in her job and has zero phone etiquette.

The receptionist i spoke to at the burnsville location was able to answer a very simply question that audi of richfield simply refused to answer. I originally wanted oem glass for my car because I was skeptical of aftermarket brands but the pwg tint laminate windshield they installed within an hour I am very pleased with. **Oem glass was an option at additional cost, not covered by my insurance and in my case would of took aditional weeks to get done. **after hour drop off was offered

Reached out to them since the insurer's repair shop did not have good reviews. Dealing with my insurance company (and their affiliated companies) was a nightmare; the staff at Twin Cities Auto Glass were the exact opposite. Every interaction (phone or email) with them was perfect - prompt responses, accurate information, and clear instructions. Special shout out and a genuine Thank You to Jessica. Her persistence is the reason my claim was successfully processed. Highly recommend!

They showed up within the time range given to me. They also completed the replacement in under an hour which was quite fast. I thought they did a good job. The only complaint I have is that when I went to move my vehicle there was glass on the drivers seat, floor, and steering wheel. I had access to a shop vac and was able to clean myself. If not for that I would have given five stars. If I was thinking I would have taken picturesServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had a great experience here! My technician (i wish I knew his name!) was very friendly and did a great job. Everyone I interacted with, both over the phone and in person, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I waited there while my window was being repaired, and the waiting space was great- very clean & comfy, TV, coffee station, etc. Overall a very seamless experience. I would recommend!

We were stood up by another glass company so the experience with TC glass stood out. From the call to our insurance company to then arriving within the time they said, quickly fixing the windshield, it was professional and fast. Our technician was courteous and friendly. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

Seamless experience! TC Auto Glass coordinated with both my insurance and Audi Service team on my behalf to make sure I had my glass replaced and recalibrated at the same time, and that the cost was covered by insurance. I would absolutely use them again, they made the process easy!

Best autoglass in MN , they will send their team to dealership , install new OEM windshield and let dealership techs do the calibration. Professionals . If i need autoglass in the future I will chose them .plus their customer service staff really nice and efficient.

Wonderful experience with Twin Cities Auto Glass. The were very friendly and flexible with the scheduling my appointment. The technician was friendly, prompt and did a fantastic job with fixing a small crack in my windshield. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
