Not only was he fast and courteous he was able to replace my windshield in a timely matter! He was able to help me navigate my insurance claim with ease and the job he did was beyond my expectations! After a couple bad experiences with the companies referred to us by our insurance agent we tried using Mike with Fusion Auto Glass. Best decision we made (when you're talking auto glass). We've now used Fusion several time and It's always been an incredibly simple process. Mike's extremely prompt and friendly. We've had him come to both our home and our work. He takes his time making sure everything is perfect. As absolutely annoying and inconvenient a broken/cracked windshield is; Mike makes the process no more difficult than ordering take out. Very poor company and way to run a business. I put in the address from Google and drove an hour and the business doesn't even exist. Says he is a mobile company. Well then update the website and Google stating that and get rid of the address. Also said he'd do it and would call in a day or two, never did. Then called him and was very hard getting a hold of him on the phone. Never responded to text messages. Once I finally got a hold of him on the phone, he said he's not doing the job or interested in the project even though he said he would and never gave a reason why, just said he's not doing it.

Mike was so great to work with! He came to my house to repair what I thought was a chip in my windshield while I was at work. Once he got there he called to inform me that it was more of a permanent mark on my windshield, not an actual chip and that there was nothing he could really do to improve it. He didn't charge me for his time or the trip to my house when he could have charged me for a chip repair and I would have been none the wiser. I appreciate his integrity and will definitely use him for any glass repair needs in the future!

My windshield was so pitted that I could barely see out of it when the sun was shining. It was becoming a huge safety issue! I called Fusion Auto Glass to inquire about getting it replaced ASAP. Fusion does an amazing job!! Every time I have needed glass replaced, they are my go-to! The process is always fast and they take care of all the insurance side of things. I just have to call them, then BAM - it's done! Whenever someone I know needs glass, I give them Fusion's number. My mom uses them, my girlfriend uses them....I definitely HIGHLY recommend them!!!
