E&C Windshield Repair Warren

I set an appointment up with them yesterday and the Marc guy had me send him pictures of what i needed done then gave me a price and told me that they're also a mobile service. So i asked if he could make it to me yesterday and he gave me a time frame of between 4 and 6pm. I waited to 630 to try to get an update because i figured that he fell behind. Well when i texted him he literally read my text and didn't respond. Then i called him and he didn't answer and i told him that's very unprofessional I would not deal with these guys. That's bad business methods.

These guys did an excellent job for me….someone busted my rear driver side window and stole a bunch of stuff out of my truck so I was looking for somewhere to get it fixed. I googled “auto window replacement” and saw they weren’t too far away so I read the reviews and gave them a call. They scheduled me for the next day because it was evening when I called but they showed up, went to work and finished within 45 minutes. I highly recommend them. UPDATE; Since my first review, this gentleman replaced another windshield for me on another vehicle and did a small I guess you would say warranty job. He is so kind, on the ball, and a hard worker! I called this company to come and repair my windshield. We settled on a time of before noon the following day. So the following day I called at 11:15 to follow up. The man who answered told me they would be at my house in an hour. An hour passed, 2 hours passed and no one showed up.
