All Star Auto Glass

I called for a price for a windshield replacement & was given it. It took two hours to finish the job. The windshield looked good. When it was time to pay, I pulled out my credit card & she told me she would have to charge me tax. I said even my debit card, she responded yes. I've been to car repair shops where they will have a sign that say if u use a credit card you will be charged 3%, so I bring cash. She was charging me 6% tax she says, on several hundred dollars which is excessive. I know credit card companies charge a fee, but it is not that high. There was no sign in the building that stated that or did she say it over the phone & I called her several times. I could have stopped to get cash on my way to get it done or went to the grocery store across the street & got cash for cheaper than what she was charging me. I should not have paid it. I paid it only because I had just got off work & I was tired. Just make sure if you get a service done from them to bring cash. Great work at a phenomenal price! I got my windsheild replaced a couple weeks back maybe and I'm still thinking about how pleased I am with their service. Everyone here is very educated, patient, understanding, detailed, and caring. Delvin in particular, my God, loves him!!!! He knows exactly what he's doing! The energy that radiates off him in itself will keep me coming only to All Star not just for windows but even tint. They offer so many services! THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL EVER GO TO FOR AUTO GLASS AGAIN. I called last night on a Friday, they were still open, quoted me on the phone, at a price LESS THAN HALF of any other company, for a rear windshield that exploded from a faulty rear defogger. I went in this morning (Saturday), they had me in and out in an hour, had fresh coffee in the lobby, and the glass is better than the original. Amazing service, great guys, honest work and prices, AND a lifetime warranty. This is THE PLACE to go for auto glass, they have all glass on hand, and you can save even more money if you are open to used replacements. They are an hour away from my residence but, it was WELL WORTH IT. Thank you guys!

I had a few chips & a crack in my wind shield on the Monday after a holiday...of course. I came in, was immediately taken care of by Delvin and he addressed my options with a price up front. I figured I’d have to make an appointment, instead, they took in my car literally right away and I had a fresh new windshield in 1 hour. Not to mention, I cannot believe the price they gave me. Safelite quoted me for double the cost!! Definitely the go-to auto glass shop in the area. It was slightly busy, too, but the customer service was still incredible. I had a stone chip in my windshield that spider straight accross my windshield and I called several places that were more then twice the cost of All Star and not friendly. When I called All Star they were friendly and courteous and very reasonable price as well as they got me in the same day which I appreciated very much. When I got there the employees were just as friendly and courteous as the persons on the phone and they replaced my windshield in an hour and did a great job. I will recommend All Star to my family and friends and anyone who asks where they should go to get a windshield they are fantastic and knowledgeable and very friendly.

TAKE PHOTOS OF PROBLEM AREA BEFORE YOU ALLOW THEM TO TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!!!! I went in to repair a small windshield chip ($45.00) After a 3-hour wait, I got my vehicle back with very little improvement... I complained that I could still see and feel the problem chipped area. It was then explained to me that that was the best they could do, and if they continued to try to improve the chip, my windshield could crack, and they would not be responsible... so I had to pay for an attempt windshield chip fix... If I had taken a before photo, I could prove that they did very little at fixing the chip. I wished that I could post ZERO stars!!!!!!

I was referred to this place by a friend of mine. She stated that she and two of her children came here and received good service. When I arrived I found that the windshield I needed was in stock (unlike the previous establishment I had gone to that morning). Delvin was the service representative that assisted me. He was kind and courteous. He assessed my damage and installed my windshield within one hour of me arriving. Great prices on glass and the staff goes above and beyond great service. I had a vehicle that wasn't drivable so I bought the glass and adhesive from them but didn't have the correct gun to apply the adhesive and couldn't get one without ordering and waiting So Dilon let me borrow his gun which was unbelievable! While I was waiting I saw a tech fix a headliner for another customer before he left. You won't beat the prices and service at ALL STAR GLASS! Great experience from phone call to out-the-door. After a crack expanded across my windshield I called AllStar for assistance. Delvin provided a quote on the spot and worked with me to find a time I could drop my vehicle. I drove to their shop, which has moved further East on Eight Mile, and rolled in. I was told they would be done in about an hour. After grabbing my stuff, I made my away across the street to Valentino's Diner for lunch. Great spot for some greasy spoon eating. Sure enough - an hour later - car is done. Pay at the desk and out the door. Delvin and his people are real pros. Give them a try!

WOW!!!!! The overall experience and professionalism of this place, just blew me out of the water. I called several places today to get my 2017 Challenger windshield replaced and was quoted almost 50 to 75 percent more than what I paid here, And I got it taken care of the same day, where other companies were saying 2 or 3 days out. Very happy with the work that was done, and DEFINATELY RECOMMEND this place to anyone that needs glass service work done.. I think I will be going here to get my tint work done.
