Customer service was as good as it gets. The stone chip in my windshield is hardly noticeable now. The repair technician communicated very well and was professional and courteous. I highly recommend!!!

Must be a sign of the times, I was made to feel like a burden, when I asked some very basic questions about the windshield installation I was made to feel like a stupid idiot. When I called the behavior out, only then did this person lighten up a bit. I’m not your issue or the source of your anger problems. I get it, people are stressed out these days about everything, but I am not your source. I would avoid this company at all costs, very unprofessional. I’m not sure how they obtain business with their frontline employees that have this bad of an attitude.

Quoted 430 over phone. Showed up said it’s 970. Highly recommend never using them. To owners' response: That is not true, I explained what windshield it was. The technician said the charge was for new A-pillar trim pieces which break when installing. The trim pieces are $50 from the dealer. The calibration excuse is not true. Action glass did install for $400 with the correct windshield with no weird upcharge excuse on site. Highly recommend action glass, highly recommend avoiding glass America

Mike phoned me to uniform me as to what time (approx) he would be at our location. I happen to be on a delivery but i instructed him as to where the key would be but after his inspection it was not required and it was a easy fix. Both were pluses. He was very quick and the job was excellent. Hats off to him. He informed when he was done and i was surprised on the cost. Mike did a great job and I can’t see it on the window. Very pleased. I will recommend your company to all. Thank you

They were able to get me in quickly the next day. Arrived 5 minutes early and they're busy so I had to wait a few minutes. They said it would be about a half hour and at 35 minutes I asked him how it was going and they went out and saw that it was already done. They did tell me that they may not be able to make it so you cannot see it but it will be repaired. I can still see the crack but as long as it doesn't go anywhere I'm happy. They were absolutely wonderful! Truly! I hope I don’t need to replace another one, but with a Jeep I likely will & wouldn’t want anyone but Mike. Fast, professional & an all-around great guy. Can’t recommend highly enough! The company was great and they sent a true professional who was funny and nice to chat with on top of it! 😊 He did a great job and my Jeep was done in no time at all.

I thought fixing my cracked windshield would be an ordeal, but your reasonable rates, quick scheduling, and mobile windshield repair made it all a painless experience. As for your tech, Derrel G, I can't say enough about his attention to detail and workmanship. All in all, your level of service is rare these days.

I called to schedule the replacement of my windshield, it would probably be a few days before I could get it done. But, to my surprise there was an appointment available for the next day. When I drove up, I was greeted right away. It took about an hour. I am pleased and would not hesitate to use them again.

Mike did a fantastic job on my honda civic windshield that was bashed by a huge brick or rock on 696 near Royal oak while driving.he explained the heat can do this to a windshield as well I appreciated his wisdom. He was prompt on time recalibrated the car and got my girl in better shape! Thank you again!

I was really impressed by their customer service! Both with the initial phone call to set up the appointment and when Daryl came out to replace the windshield. They know how to treat their customers right, would recommend to anyone!
